Made a massive mess of our pool water. Had to have 1/3 of the pool pumped and water trucked in to replace. Gave the owner an opportunity to respond and heard nothing back. It was a VERY costly “free” water analysis.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and had lots of helpful suggestions. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Wilson General contracting have a signed contract with myself for an in ground pool. He has been paid IN FULL for the job and refuses to complete the job as per the contract so he has basically stolen my money. The nightmare started on 11th May when Ken Wilson knocked at my door and said he was starting the pool on the 13th May, I was over the moon as we had agreed a deadline of the middle of June as I had family visiting from the UK and the pool needed to be finished, his starting the pool was to turn up and put hinges onto the fence. It was another week before he finally showed to do the dig. In fact he did not do the dig he got someone else to do it and informed me he did not have the machinery himself to do the dig. Initially he quoted 5-7 days for the pool weather permitted and assured me he only did one job at a time. This is a complete load of ***** as of 7th October my pool is still not finished. Ken at our initial consultation declined my offer to measure the garden and look at the slope as I requested and said he had enough experience to know the slope in the garden was minimal and I didn't need any kind of landscaping however on the first day of the dig he informs me he should have taken measurements as he was wrong and either the pool would stick out the ground by 12 or he needed to put in a small. I wasn't very impressed so said nothing. He never at any point said the wall will cost x amount or did he give me anything in writing to say this although the contract clearly states any additional fees material etc will be agreed in writing. Ken and his team installed our pool in the summer of 2019, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were so supportive throughout the entire process, allowing us to make minor adjustments along the way. We had a few different trades involved and Ken and his team worked seamlessly with all of them. We continue to use Wilson's to open and close our pool, and are looking forward to having it opened up shortly. Ken and Paul and the whole staff are amazing to work with! You can trust them to have your best interest at heart and really care about customer service. We had a leak in the pool line and Ken new exact what to do and made some product suggestions that have totally changed the way our pool operates- so much better!! The final invoice was fair and the work done was really well done! They even came on the weekends because of how busy they were looking after all their customer needs! They have won over us with their customer service, you won’t be disappointed! Gem of a pool company!

We called Wilson pools to assist with our pool heater (which is not a service they provide) and rather than just end the call they suggested another company who was able to help. That extra 15 seconds he took to help anyway is more than you get from 90% of the competition.
