I called the other day to ask about a product. I spoke with Jillian (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) .. she was AMAZING. Best costumer service I think I have ever received in my life. She was so friendly, new about policies and products, was eager to help, and answered every question I have with a smile. She put a note down to order a product for me, and said they would even call me to let me know when it is in. Her accommodation made me feel great, I will definitely be coming back and telling others about this shop. Again, thank you Jillian, you are amazing. Fantastic employee!!!

Was in to buy some juice and some pods. Uncertain which pods I needed showed the clerk my device as Im new to vaping in recent months. (Apparently the clerk is new)She sold me the wrong pods went back immediately before leaving parking lot. Since I open the package and filled the wrong pod with juice clearly a mistake from the clerks part she charged me 7$ more to replace for a new package.Not cool man your employees duck up it’s on you not on meFor this I will not go back.

The cashier there with the tattoos just stared daggers at me the whole time. Everytime I asked a question she rolled her eyes at me. Very cold presence, very gross to be around. Kinda sad, this store has good stuff. She really looks like she hates her life. She was not helpful at all. Never going back.
