Worst customer service I've had to encounter in a fast food restaurant. I walked in and placed an order for 2 combos, 15 mins later asked about my order they said will be done shortly. However, I see orders going through to the drive thru that people just pulled in and they got their orders right away. I waited for EXACTLY 30 MIN before I started losing my patience. I asked for a refund and they didn't seem to care just refunded me without apologizing or trying to get my order because they didn't even start preparing it ! Never going there again !!

I don't know what is going on lately or if ownership changed but the last 3 times we have come here our order took over 15 minutes!!! (Last time 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and a kids meal). Also 2 out of 3 orders made wrong. Never coming back....made late for an engagement because of this nonsense!

I've been going here on and off since they opened with no issues. Recently I heard that the chicken has been under cooked and pink, sure enough I went Monday Jan 16/23 around 4:15pm and my order was almost all pink. It was an 18 piece feast so that was very disappointing to say the least.

We usually get delivery and almost every order there is something missing. When we follow up with the store they say we can come in and pick it up which defeats the point of delivery. What if we didn’t have a car? It can be frustrating and has steered us away from being a regular customer. The food is always good; when it arrives

Best chicken sandwich so much better than Popeyes. Not greasy, crisp and delicious. Mac and cheese was not cheesy but that’s fine at least the chicken was good.

We always visit Mary Brown's when we are in Georgetown. We order spicy chicken and got spicy chicken, we were very happy because that is not usually the case when it come to my level of spicy. Service was great, friendly staff, will definitely visit again when we are in the area.Thank you.

When I sit and wait 15 minutes for my order and a man walks in and orders the same meal as me and is handed his order and walks out, and I wait anouther 2 minutes before my order is ready! That is not right perhaps if I were Indian the same as the guy who go his order first, he spoke to the counter guy also Indian and walked out while I waited for the next order to be filled which he gave to me. That is discrimination in my eyes. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!IGNORANT COUNTER STAFF AS I COMPLAINED OF MY TREATMENT. He just blew me off and said here is your order. Whatever happened to first come first served?BAD ATTITUDE AND MANNERS BY COUNTER PERSON!Looking at other reviews now suggests that a training session should be done to make them aware of first in first out policy. I understand that call in and pre ordered meals get priority. However walking in and drive thru should be handled in order of time placed. The amount of reviews point to the facts!The apologies offered do not do anything to correct the issue, will NEVER go to this restaurant again. Seems the issue will not be corrected with an apology.

I recently start eating Marry Brown's in Georgetown as i start new job in Georgetown... Georgetown branch is awesome, very friendly and humble staff, fresh food and quick service. Now i go every other day for lunch. I recommend to go to this location.

For the price the food was not great or even good. I ordered a big Mary . It was dry and the bun was stale. The taters were under seasoned and I even asked for additional seasoning.The place is newer and there is dirt in the corners. The seats are very worn. Would I ever eat here again? No this was my first time and this will be my last time. This is a franchise I would expect the owner to maintain the location. This place does not appear to be maintained. The don’t even sweep the dirt out of the corners.
