I was recently involved in an accident and Lakeshore Towing was dispatched to retrieve my vehicle.I can't speak more highly of the level of professionalism and personal care that was provided. An accident is a traumatic event but the driver (Neil) and the office staff made sure that I was informed of the process and responded to all of my questions and concerns.

Called for a tow and was told 45 mins. After 45 mins called and asked where the towtruck was, they said another 15. Waited the 15 and called to inquire AGAIN. Was told 10 minutes. Eventually got a tow, the guy was nice but pricing isn't trustworthy. 80 cash or 90 etransfer doesn't sound right to me.EDITED HOURS LATER: owner called and harassed me over text for leaving an honest review. Was going to leave 2 stars because the tow guy was nice, but not now.

THANK YOU to whoever it was from Lakeshore Towing who saw my car today stuck on the 406, facing oncoming traffic, and saved me! The driver stopped traffic for me to be able to turn around and get back on the road safely. Who knows what would have happened if he didn't happen to drive by when he did.

The price is set by themselves casually, I am sure it was 7 days but charged me for 8 days storage fee. They asked for cash and refused to provide the receipt. Also, this is a fake address and the actual place shows on the picture. I hope you remember to ask for price first and I was wondering who can tell me what kind of government departments manage the towing company?

After a serious accident I was very thankful for the expertise of Lakeshore Towing's driver John who was able to get the police there even after I had been told it would hours still. The owner Paul continued with excellent customer service by guiding me through the insurance claim and assisting me with retrieving my belongings from my vehicle. I will only use Lakeshore Towing for my and my families towing needs going forward. They go above and beyond!

Called lakeshore as it was the first towing company that showed up on a google search. Paul was very professional and had my truck moved within an hour of making the call as well as offering anything he could do for me on his end as I was not in the province. Paul seemed to care more about getting my truck back on the road than he did about being paid for his services.Highly recommend this operation if you are ever stranded in the area.

When we found ourselves in a ditch at the side of the road today after trying to pull over and pulling just a hair too far thanks to heavy snow obscuring the topography, Lakeshore (Paul) came to the rescue. Not only was Paul incredibly efficient, kind, and helpful, but he was generous enough to waive the fee typically associated with being summoned to the scene by the police to assist. Yes, it was a minor towing service in the grand scheme of things, but he was certainly under no obligation to give us any kind of a break. It was an incredibly kind gesture, and really turned our day around.

Our car broke down just outside historic old town in Niagara on the Lake. Whereas other tow companies wouldn't come out that far to pick us up, Lakeshore did, and even agreed to drive the three of us back into town (St Catharines). Driver was super friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Alone with a blow out, this company came to the rescue and got me to the garage as professionally and quickly as possible. They were polite and friendly, and treated me with respect. Wonderful company, wonderful people. I’m Very thankful to them and highly recommend them.
