Great service at OK Tire. I had TPM issue and they took me within minutes. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Thanks for the prompt service.

Unfortunately, had very bad experience with OK Tire at Quispamsis location. I was there for an oil change,simple jobFirst thing the Technician didn't put the reminder sticker on the windshieldSecond and worst , the engine bottom cover guard wasn't secured as it should . that caused it to be hanging and dragged and when I returned to him, he used a zip tie to secure the cover instead put some effort and use proper screws ..it didn't take long until the cover guard came off again .very poor job showing how careless the technician is

I thought I'd give them another chance (everyone else was booked up for a week, and they were available the next day). Booked for 8:30 arrived at 8:35, and was greeted with a blank stare and attitude and told that I was late and that I should have been there at 8pm -- considering the tone of the service guy, I knew this wasn't a place I wanted to do business with (this was for an inspection; which they probably don't make much money from, but this doesn't justify the tone/attitude).PS: The owner has since replied. So, I've bumped up a star. One other thing - I ended up calling Canadian Tire, and they told me that trailers of my size no longer need to be inspected. This is something that would have been a 'value add' if OK Tire service folks would have told me before scheduling the inspection.

I molissed my appointment and Rescheduled me as soon as humanly possible. Friendly prompt and professional. I love OK tire!!

So I understand that there was alot of work going on but a 3 hours wait during work hours is a bit too much. Secondly I usually get my tires wrapped for storage with fresh bags. This time they recycled the old used and torn bags I brought in. Just robbed off wrong

I do not recommend this place.Similar to the other comments of concerns in thread we also had a bad experience when we took the our SUV in for an oil change and the heat shield cover was not connected properly we heard dragging once we left until we figured out what was wrong and fixed it ourself – some damage was caused to the guard obviously.The major incident that happened in the last couple of weeks was similar to the comment that starts with “Just a absolute dumpster fire of a franchise”. We took our car in for a dangerous ball joint issues that the garage stated recommended not to drive and fixed my rack and pinion. I paid for all of this plus an alignment.When I went in to pick up the car the exhaust was loud, the interior and exterior were full of grease. The brake and engine light were on. The front wheels were full of break dust. When I drove off the lot (just slightly over 2 KM’s) the car was pulling to one side (alignment not done correctly) and the axle snapped. I later found out that the lower ball joint was not even touched, and it was still dangerous to drive.I now must take my car to another garage to ensure and get the car back to being safe to drive.

Ok tire? More like.. Good tire! Lol..They have great and experienced staff, including receptionists. They also have a good place to sit for fixes.What else is there to say?

Car went in before appointment time. I thought it needed breaks but they assured me everything fine and did my oil change. They certainly could have made money on me but were very honest. Thank you OK Tire!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dana and Brad for a series of off-road upgrades for my Jeep. In spite of supply-chain delays in parts delivery, and a few hiccups that were outside of their control, everything turned out absolutely beautifully! Their managing mechanic, Doug is an excellent mechanic who is dedicated to not only making sure that the customers are happy, but is such a wonderful perfectionist (it’s so damned hard to find an old-school mechanic who really knows his stuff these days! I feel fortunate to have now found one!) that he refuses to consider a job complete until everything is absolutely perfect!Dana, Brad, Doug, and his whole crew have earned not only my respect, but also a new permanent customer!5⭐️ service and treatment!

Just a absolute dumpster fire of a franchise. So poorly managed with a very inexperienced manger leading a crew of apprentices who clearly need a better leader/trainer. Took my truck in on 3 occasions to correct a wobble, 2 of which were alignments/wheel balance. Yet the steering wheel is still out to lunch, other time completely did my front end from Brakes/Rotors/bleed/pads. This one was too my surprise fixed before I was even informed, 1300.00 later… hoping that was the problem I agreed to pay, however nope didn’t fix my problem, third time in, took meCalling on different occasions to ask what was going on. And surprise no solution…. My advise avoid this one. Wouldn’t trust them to wash my truck at this point. I trust the manager will know who I am.
