If you're going to deliver it cold 1h30 after calling... just let me know. I'll pick it up instead. Aside from hickups every rush hour, food is usually pretty good and the staff is nice. Call on off times and you'll be happy!

The pizza is DELICIOUS and that house garlic dipping sauce..... SO GOOD! My husband and I have gotten delivery from them a few times, and only have positive things to say! Whenever we call, the person on the phone is always pleasant. The two delivery drivers we’ve had have been polite and nice conversations.

Don’t bother wasting your money here. This is the second time we ordered from this location in 2019 and the last. The first time we ordered on a Friday (which we understand is a busy time) and the order showed up after 2 phone calls and almost 2 hours late. I live less than 3 kilometres away from this location. The last time, we figured that if we ordered early, we would have our order at a decent time. Not so much...we ordered at 4:40pm on Friday, called them after 1 hour and received our pizza at 6:15pm and lukewarm at best. Unfortunately nobody cares enough at this location since they are essentially the only pizza place in Russell and have no fear of losing business.

The pizza has really went down hill when they leave the night crew in charge .... got myself a large pizza when I got home and opened it .... it looked like a day time small in the middle of a large pizza two to three inches of crust around the edges very disappointed.... need to step up and put your night crew in order till then thanks for the many years of great food but we won't be back

Food is good most of the time. Often There is no answer, although they are suppose to be open they are closed! They have missed countless orders from myself and others due to there desire to close early! I’m gluten intolerant, when they have a real cook it’s great but if not it’s not made very well, either burnt bottom or raw doe, ingredients are sparse! When I order two ingredients or house pizza it’s never less than 30.00 for a medium pizza plus plus and yet they never charge me less! Wish they could at least keep the listed hours!!!!!

I do like this place. It is one of the only restaurants in Russell and their food it pretty good, consistently priced, and they deliver relatively quickly. I find their portions are big (which is good) and as said the food is always consistent. Not gourmet, but pretty good for a local pizza joint.

Can't deal with these guys. They don't offer what they advertise and they do not even send you the order you've placed. I've put in several orders with this location and 50% of the time it's the wrong pizza. They've been lat by an hour and a half and they don't operate on posted store hours. Terrible service.

Delicious! LOADED with toppings and cheese, only downside is the price, however as a treat it's worth it!
