The Pilates Experience & Physiotherapy Studio
This studio was recommended by a friend who had had past experience with pilates classes. I had none. I was intimidated about trying it out, but Dawn, the owner and instructor of the studio, put my mind at ease with her clear one on one instructions. I now feel ready to take a class (with others) as I have the knowledge I need to feel successful on the Reformer! Love the videos you post on Instagram! They inspire me to keep at it! Thanks Dawn for your patience and help!

Wonderful studio. Very bright and welcoming. Dawn is amazing to work with and really knows her stuff. She has helped ease my back pain greatly. Would highly recommend either the Physio treatment or just taking a class at this studio. You will not be disappointed!!
