The young woman working there wasn't doing much and should probably spend her time learning more about her job. Giving me a claim ticket with the wrong pick up date (due to a stat holiday) was something she didn't acknowledge until I fortunately looked at the date and read it to her. Not being able to give a specific price for shortening pants may not be her fault but either way it should be a simple answer for unlined casual pants. When we came back to pick up the pants she couldn't find them and said we should come back another day! Nope. Again, learn where things are and take responsibility. We eventually got our pants. The actual shortening was done quite well but the customer service was awful.

I brought in my clothes to be dry cleaned on Tuesday morning and was scheduled to pick up Friday afternoon. I arrived Saturday morning to find out they had not even performed the service. The excuse was they weren't sure how I would feel if the colors faded. While their concern is valid, what was not acceptable is the fact that I had to be relayed the message on arrival. My phone number was on file and I never received a call over the course of 5 days, which was even acknowledged. Furthermore, I have only ever brought these particular clothes before and it wasn't an issue in the past. Additionally, on drop off, I verbally confirmed I was fine with the clothes being dry cleaned. They offered to continue the service with the same standard rates but, I would have to wait another 4-5 days. My experience may not be a reflection of everyone else's. However, for me, 1/10 customer service.TLDR: Dry cleaning service wasn't done on schedule due to a concern. Didn't receive a phone call. Been there before with no issues. Lost a customer.

Awesome customer service with friendly attitude.A lady which was super friendly, intake me, though one of my cot was not properly ironed. After 3 times it was reasonable. but this time everything was good and no problem. It looks like they getting better thanks to your service.

Great service. Easy to use. They pick up and drop off at your office. Very reliable! Only had a coupe of issues in the past 10 years, all satisfactorily resolved. Highly recommend the service for busy people!

Took a brand new white blazer there. When I went to pick it up they had gotten blue on it. After the third time of them cleaning it I took it, but now it is an off white - probably from so much dry cleaning.

Don't go here.I'm new to the area and asked if they do good work before dropping my shirts off, explaining they were all tailor made. I dropped off eight: 2 were cleaned well, 4 I had to press and make corrections at home. 2 were damaged - they were new (less than 5 drycleans) and they came back with fabric pulls, looking tired and old. I asked them to make it right" and came back a week later to them telling me they've laundered 1000's of shirts from this tailor

Horrible. Stay away from this place. My girlfriend took her Mckage jacket here to get it cleaned from a stain. A week later they returned the jacket in a terrible condition. It wasn’t fully dry. The instructions in the jacket says DO NOT USE PERC, and yet the jacket came back with faded color, residue and awful smell from the solvent. We came back to ask about the situation, there was no apology either. They don’t want me to talk to their manager or owner. Shady business!
