Legacy Kitchens

Amazing experience in working with Legacy on my full kitchen remodel. Legacy did a great job in all stages of the project - design, project management, installation and support. Kelly Muir was our designer and she was amazing in creating the layout, design and color palette for the project. They also have an extensive showroom to help us visualize the many options available. I felt like they would always make it right when any challenges came up - they definitely stand behind their work.

Legacy renovated my 22 year old kitchen and adjacent laundry/mud room. Complete gut and rebuild. Couldn't be happier. On budget and on time! Legacy weren't the least expensive, but between Paul and his team of tradesman they were worth every penny.From a design perspective, Paul is incredible. Lengthy detailed interview process that took our conceptual layout we had in mind to a wonderful design. Execution was flawless - minor found work"

From our first visit to the showroom to the completed kitchen everyone we dealt with were very professional and did what they promised, on time! We love the new layout and cabinets. Who knew drawers could solve so many kitchen storage problems!

A couple weeks ago my husband and I went to Legacy Kitchen to get a quote to add cabinets into our dining room that match our kitchen. Legacy just finished our kitchen, through our building only 3 months prior. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us for a good 20 minutes...when someone finally did, I told them exactly what I wanted, size, colour, everything + they had our floor plans and selections from our build.Three weeks later, nothing. When we left the store, we were told the quote would come later that week. I called and left a message later in the week with Stephanie. No answer. Called the following week. She said she would have it to me by end of day. Nothing. Called a third time and left a voicemail. Nothing.I wouldn't bother wasting your time since they don't even try to acknowledge their customers.

Our experience with Legacy Kitchen was outstanding. A complete renovation of our kitchen, including flooring, the half bath, and baseboards on the main floor was completed on time. Michael B is a creative designer, bringing solutions to create a modern, timeless and more functional kitchen. He listens, proposes options, gives you time to think about things, tweaking the design as me moved forward in the process. The cabinets are of high quality with endless options available. We were provided with a detailed schedule of what was getting done each day. Legacy’s « skilled team » did not disappoint…..a very impressive group of highly qualified people. We underwent a kitchen reno this past summer. Working with Legacy Kitchens - and in particular Kim Schellenberg was incredible! Right from the get go, Kim asked me to send her some photos of kitchen designs that appealed to me. She then created a rendering that right off the bat was incredible. We needed to tweak a few things and met with Kim at Legacy a couple of times. Kim also came to check out how things were going during the renovation and we needed her input on a few things. Kim was so patient with us and really gave us all the time that we needed. The actual install went smoothly as well. It was on time. The quality of the cabinets are excellent. We're thrilled with our new kitchen. I would 100% recommend Legacy Kitchens to anyone & everyone. We'll be sure to use them again in the future if we need to do another reno.

Although the majority of my experience with Legacy was great there were a couple of things that prevent me from giving the full 5.When we first did the design of the kitchen Kellie (the Designer who was great to work with) made some assumptions about the size of the farm sink until we could give her the model number of the actual sink. Which was fine, we just didn't get an updated set of drawings with new cabinet sizes. So when I had a plumber come in to move the plumbing I based my layout on a 36 base cabinet when it should have been 34 1/2".The project manager said it was probably a verbal...and it very well may have been but it would have been at least 4 months earlier. Surely I could have gotten updated drawings in that time.One of the base cabinets was made 1/2" too wide and we had to add a 1/2" filler strip to the dishwasher gable.In the end it shifted the island around 3/4" to 1". It's not much but it made getting the fridge back in a little more difficult.I never did meet the project manager

Our major home renovation project was handled with expertise by Legacy Kitchens. We were first impressed by our kitchen designer, Paul, who worked hard to blend the best of function and form. As the reno project got underway, the various teams – demo, construction, electrical, plumbing, stone, hardwood, painting, tiling, and project administration – all worked together with great skill and cheer. Schedules were generally as planned, which is remarkable considering the various delays with supply of materials. All said, we were very pleased with our Legacy renovation and would highly recommend them.

Love my new kitchen. Thank you to Steve Kunz who I’ve used many times in the past for different kitchen designs. It was nice to finally be designing my own kitchen. I love the end results. I’m super pleased with my experience with Steve and legacy kitchens.
