House Cleaning Midland Ontario

I paid to have them deep clean" two properties of mine. They made me pay in advance. Kept canceling with all kinds of excuses.First place they supposedly showed up. Most pathetic job I have ever seen. Didn't even clean the sink or wash the kitchen floor. I was disgusted at their poor job.On the second property they rescheduled three times and never showed up.Buyer beware! They are horrible!I finally found great cleaners

I had contacted this company about a quote for regular house cleaning over three weeks ago. They were initially responsive and we booked a house tour within a few days. I was happy with how the tour went and was looking forward to working with this team.Since that tour on Sep 3, when I was told I'd be contacted with a quote, there has been zero response from Steve or Tasha. I tried a follow up email, and tried phoning but no response. Unsure as to why I was ghosted for a quote...

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! It's a phony company, they don't show up, ask for money up front. We had an entire agreement and they don't show up, don't answer texts or calls. Read other reviews, same thing.

Super nice lady, easy to work with! Arranged to have our house cleaning needs met in our Midland home. Great rates.

Initially responsive and provided me a quote to deep clean a cottage on Tiny Beaches Road. They asked for an etransfer ahead of time and unfortunately I agreed. They were a no show, car broke down, both Steve and Tasha’s phones ran out of batteries. We rescheduled. No show. Her father was in Emergency and she lost her phone. Rescheduled one more time. No show. She asked for more money before she could come because she just noticed I asked for the walls to be washed. Never showed. Can’t refund me as her bank is under investigation and locked. Taking her to small claims court, so hopefully no one else gets duped. I like hiring local business to support the community but AVOID this one!

They changed their policies on when you could cancel with no notice and when I asked for an updated list of policies they were “not written down and only in her head” so I was being held to policies that I could in no way know.The last time I saw them they demanded payment for services early then suddenly couldn’t come. We rescheduled with then 3 time and they never showed up, the last time they didn’t even call or text. We wait for our next scheduled cleaning (2 weeks later) and they didn’t show up again using the exact same excuse (car trouble). They never came and did the cleaning I had already paid for and never gave a refund. I have been waiting for my refund since July.

We had such an incredible experience with this team. Needed to take the time to recommend their services. They are so lovely and professional from invoicing to letting me know their ETA. Cottages can be a beast to clean as they have gone through all the elements and they make everything look so sparkling clean and brand new. Our place has never looked this clean, it's a breath of fresh air and just so thorough. They are so dependable and friendly, highly recommend.

Good job guys I understand it’s been a Ruff half year with the unfortunate turn of events sometimes people don’t understand first time business owners are still learning as they go but keep up the good work and keep pushing you can do this amazing job guys thanks I’ll call again soon

Update: rambling almost silly email Recieved asking me to remove this review, tried to blame me for her ongoing lies, claiming I sent misleading pictures, WHEN I NEVER SENT A SINGLE PICTURE. She lies continuously. Insulting that her message ends with an Inappropriate reference to the Lord.Cannot trust anything they tell you. DO NOT PREPAY THIS COMPANY, if you do they will manipulate you and likely try to extort extra funds. It's as if they think they provide a service you can't get anywhere else.Started by promising to do the job Oct 17, finished- poorly, Nov 11, after claiming 4 car accidents, 5 employee no shows and blocking my phone callsAnd, the work was mediocre and incomplete. Lying cheats.

We had used this cleaning company for several years for our cottage in the Tiny Beaches area.The company is very disorganized and consistently would either not show up or message same day to reschedule (this would occur every 4-8 weeks) with a multitude of excuses ranging from hospital stays on multiple occasions, car trouble(even after they apparently bought a brand new car, vacuum trouble, falling down stairs, not noticing they did not come etc. We likely gave them way too many chances and that is why it continued to happen.The last time they were scheduled to come and clean they asked for prepayment and we agreed as we had done this before. This time they did not show up and originally said they could not refund our money. After back and forth for over 2 weeks and filing a claim against them in small court they paid us back.Be aware and stay on top of them if you decide to use their services.
