Very easy to work with. Made the process super smooth. He offered good advice on how much mortgage I can afford, and what's the max I should bid on a property to stay in my approval range. He was quick to provide me with any updates and to send the mortgage approval. He also clearly explained the difference between the different possible fixed and variable rates.
