Safeway Langley Fraser Crossing

I like the store the staff is friendly and it’s easy to navigate but every time I purchase some thing at the bakery it’s under baked first it was the pie crust so I stopped buying pie now it’s the butter raisin/chocolate brioche buns the centre is not baked when I pointed out the pie wasn’t baked. We had a discussion about it, and I actually had to point out through the container that the pie crust was still semi-translucent, and therefore not baked. I will post a picture of the brioche buns I bought with this review pointing out exactly where the raw part is. It’s not hard to find. I hope they rectify this.

Very nice clean store, the new cashiers that started are friendly, nice and quick at their new job. Way to go! The other staff are great, I could not find an item and the clerk took me to the exact spot where it was!

This Safeway is located in a quaint lot with gas station and other businesses. It also has a Starbucks inside the store.

Standard Safeway, except for the produce department at this location, seems a bit nicer and cleaner than other stores. I've only been here once because I don't live near this location, but I'd return. Friendly staff clean store.

I ordered multiple food platters from the deli here this week and was VERY happy with the customer service I received and the products that I ordered. I never take the time to write reviews, but felt I had to this time. The lady I spoke with at customer service over the phone the day before I called in my order was very nice and knowledgeable. The lady in the deli who took my order was fabulous... She went above and beyond for me to make sure they were able to do exactly what I needed. Everything turned out perfect. The deli staff and working the day I picked my order up were very pleasant and helpful. And the cashier was also very nice as well. Overall, I had a really great experience dealing with this store. The food platters were of excellent quality - so fresh and so full. I got tons of compliments on the sandwiches (and how fresh they were), and the patisserie tray is a must if you're hosting a tea party (as I was for my daughter's birthday). Everything was a big hit with our guests and they were all asking who did the food. Overall, I highly recommend the Safeway at Langley Fraser Crossing.

Great deal going on at the Safeway gas station. All your Safeway Fuel Rewards for gas discount are getting doubled till July 29. Just saved 20cents a litre on my last visit.

Always clean and easy to find things. Shopping carts have free options when i forget my coin (like always), and they usually have in stock what i need. The garlic butter from the deli is always accessible to buy, unlike other safeways i have shopped at. Price is higher than say superstore, but the shopping experience is less frustrating, so it's worth it

Safeway has some great loss leaders every week. We got an amazing deal on Cracker Barrel cheese. Some of their prices may be higher but when they give a deal, it's fantastic! Great customer service, we were really impressed with the produce manager and the cashier was very friendly. The staff is very helpful, they go out of their way to find information out. A lot of seniors are in the area and they are patient and kind to all people.Update: concerned that there are no tongs in the bakery

Clean Safeway location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Great selection of produce. A staff member offered to help us find something. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

No complaints about the staff. I just wanted you to know that you have listed the store hours as open from 7 am to 11 pm when in fact the store is closed at 10 pm. It would have been nice to have the correct hours posted on your website before having to waste my time coming to your location only to find out the store closes at 10pm. Perhaps changes could be made to the website reflecting these hours. Thank you.
