Most affordable and reasonable Piano moving place out here. Moving guys were extremely professional, and I was impressed with their efficiency, communication, and moving skills.

Saw the ad on kijiji with the model of piano that I am looking for. Prefer to get some more details of that piano, like the manufactory year and origin of country.Got yelled by the owner with these questions, and told me to test the piano instead of questioning.Would like to look up more information with the serial no. by myself as the owner rejected to provide and details of it. The owner opened the piano lid, told me to have a look if I like, but the serial no. got covered up by a name card.Walked out of the shop and being yelled still.

Was searching for a piano mover to help us move our piano from inside my SUV to inside the house and we need it out in next three days. They were the only one that immediately came to us despite our short notice. At first had doubts after reading all the reviews here, but we were desperate and if just the bad manners, can just disregard it as long get the job done.So when they arrive, the elder man Paul just said You gotta move your car forward!" (Which to anyone would sound rude without greetings or introducing themselves first of like "Good morning or how are you" and on the phone he sounded like that too...).After seeing how they worked and interacted with them more

I call the store to ask them what kind of pianos they carry and this guy starts giving me attitude and telling me they don't carry what i am looking for then hangs up. Worst service I have ever seen, I would not recomend doing business with idiots like that.

I was nervous to shop for a piano here because of the negative reviews but upon talking with Paul (the owner) his passion and experience became apparent almost right away. He is a down to earth guy who cares about providing his clients with a good quality piano that will last. He takes pride and passion in his work. He sold us a piano for a very competitive price and delivered it to our home. I will recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a piano!

I went there today 2/3/2019 - (Saturday 1:pm) - Nobody there it was supposed to be open. Obviously a terribly run business. I notice the one good review for this business has the last name of 'Love' Go figure, a relative of the business being reviewed :)

Called to inquire about moving a grand piano from a main floor to upstairs. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude, informed me they do not move piano's out in the county (despite their website claiming they offer services to Southwestern Ontario) and would not offer me any recommendations for other services I could call. Very unprofessional and not helpful ... would not recommend.

Thought I'd go there despite the reviews and give them the benefit of the doubt...the reviews are correct. Totally rude. When i asked about digital pianos he waved his hand and said costco. Totally traditional and not with the times.
