I thought I was dealing with an office in Richmond BC, but either way. Same company. Anyway, these guys were great. The RCMP even stuffed up the record, but these guys got it fixed. Prompt replies. Quick advice. Just be aware that despite what any RCMP website says, the record checks take longer than 3 days. They fed-ex'd my report to Melbourne. I had it within 3 business days of it being printed. Would highly recommend.

The place was very small, but the service was very good. Easy to get the appointment which has to be booked through their website though. The service was good. Drop in would also work as they are not usually too busy. Prompt service and very friendly staff! It might be difficult to find the place as this is located in side the complex/building amongst other offices, but I'd say follow Google and go where it takes you. I'm attaching the photos of the building as well, I hope it makes it easier for you to find the place! Cheers.

Great experience! The gentleman who runs the show is very fun and funny. Super polite and explained everything very well. P.S it IS in the “LE TEAM Business” building. I was super confused. Haha! :)

I got ripped off. The website says $50, I get there and am told its $84 if I want them to send in my prints, otherwise I pay $50 and have to forward them myself. Not knowing what the process is, I figured I'll just pay them the $84 and make life easier. All he did was literally press a button on his laptop- that cost $34?!The letter I recieved in the mail is NOTHING like the one he said I would receive.The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the gentleman I dealt with was nice.

He double checked every information to make sure everything was correct and explained me what was going to happen next.
