Glenn's RV has done all the servicing on our 2020 trailer for the last 2 years..they are super friendly and helpful and have gone over and above for us in taking care and maintenance. We have a warranty but prefer to go to Glenn's RV cause they do great job and usually have us in and out in a day..not 3 to 5 weeks! I highly recommend this family run business!

Words can’t describe how happy we were with the service we received from Glenn’s RV.We have a 1992 Dodge Ram Campervan and wanted the electrical sorted and converted to be off the grid. We also wanted to figure out a way to mount our snowboards on the van, as well as a few other smaller jobs.I reached out to every RV Maintenance location I could find online between Vancouver and Abbotsford (20+ business’s), and asked if they could assist with the work. We were met with a lot of negativity due to the age of the vehicle from nearly all of them. Some of them didn’t respond, some said they couldn’t look at it for 4-6 weeks, and others flat out refused to inspect it due to age. Out of the ones that offered to look at it, none (Other than Glenn’s RV) were incredibly helpful or they quoted exorbitant costs.I emailed Glenn’s RV a detailed email on what we wanted done, and within minutes had an extremely nice response from Jadon saying that they would love to help. We wanted this work carried out ASAP, and Jadon got us a quote for the work and said they could get us in the next week to have it all completed. Jadon worked with us to keep the costs feasible, and we decided to book in for the next week.Glenn and Jadon greeted us upon arrival and inspected the Van and discussed what was being done. Although some of the work was unusual, like a custom snowboard rack for the spare tire they didn’t beat an eye and said they would make something work.The work was carried out extremely quickly, and we were blown away by the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail on all of the work carried out by Glenn’s RV. The Snowboard rack turned out better than I could of imagined and they did such a good job with the Solar and its components.Glenn’s RV work didn’t stop there, they also noticed a number of smaller things that needed to attended to, and fixed them for us without charge. Upon paying the invoice Jadon informed us that it turned out to be cheaper than originally quoted and saved us a substantial about of money.These guys are very genuine and honest, and worked with us the whole way, with great communication. I can highly recommend Glenn’s RV to anyone needing work done to their RV. Although we don’t live close to Abbotsford, it was definitely worth the multiple hours of travel to have the work carried out. I will definitely be returning in future for any maintenance we need.

Right from the very beginning of our problems with our trailer, Glenn’s RV Repair, was an enormous help and went above and beyond with their service, help, question answering and most of all patience in dealing with me during the time before, during and after the repair of our trailer. They finished the repair in a very timely manner and had no issues getting things finished in time for us to not have to cancel our planned camping trip at the end of June.We recommend Glenn’s RV Repairs to anyone that is looking for a small company that does excellent work, in a friendly environment, even had quite a few laughs while dealing with them, at a reasonable price, with an awesome outcome.

What can I say? This was the second time dealing with this company and again--what a great experience! I needed the awning, arms, and roller replaced on my motorhome. Within two weeks, Jadon (service manger) contacted me to say the parts are in!!How about bringing it in Thursday? This is was only two days before the labour day weekend. When I asked if this would be enough time for installation, the reply was: No Problem" more than enough time to get the job done!"Do what you say you would do" This was the mantra of the Maytag corporation but it could also apply to Glenn's RV.It is more than obvious that all of the staff take great "pride" in the work they do.Allan & Heather Hawley"

I took in my truck Camper after my fridge was not working. The place was so busy you couldn't find parking. That same day they called me to come pick up the camper. Fridge was fixed and I was on my way. Service is fast and they go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend Glenn's RV. Happy camping

We used Glenn's RV last week for an inspection and servicing of our used travel trailer. From the moment we walked in the door we were very comfortable and knew we made the right decision to try them. They re-sealed our trailer, installed a weight distribution hitch, and re-packed the wheel bearings. Kendle (parts advisor) was so pleasant and easy to chat with in person or by phone. Jadon and Nate (service advisors) were excellent and great to work with and their communication by emails/phone was timely, clear and understandable. We were told what work was needed now and what could wait until the spring; we didn't feel pressured in any way what so ever! The quality of work was excellent and pricing was great; we don't have any complaints. When we picked up the trailer, the staff told us to call anytime if we have questions or to bring trailer back if adjustments to the weight distribution hitch is needed. Bottom line here is we trust Glenn's RV and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal and she was absolutely amazing! I have been searching for a product for a long time for my RV and she was able to help me! Unfortunately it ended out being out of stock but she figured out a solution for me! Her team went out of their way to help me and I’m beyond thankful! Everyone was amazing and if you want amazing customer service and people who actually care about your needs this is the place to go! Will be taking all of my future needs to this place! They are out of this world amazing and I’ve been to many stores and talked to many people but this place and location is way different! GO HERE they won’t disappoint! Despite not having an appointements, They solve our propane leak quickly, which allow us to continue our journey.
