Not sure why the customer service has slipped into apathy but im not impressed. I was getting my work wear made here & wanted to get my merch made here too. The golf shirts I bought all had picks & runs in them after a couple of washes. The Screen print t-shirts were all crackled after a few washes but the embroidered cotton shirts lasted at the least. Needless to say Ive moved on from these guys.
