YXE Pet Parlour

One of the only spots in the city that offer grooming/ nail trims on Sunday. They were very quick and did a great job with my bulldogs nails . I gave 4 stars only because the entry way is blocked off almost completely when you walk in which makes it awkward when you open the door to be immediately greeted by a gated off area, or if others are in line to get in or out you will be waiting outside. Also the room was full of other dogs and many were barking or anxious so if you have a pet that gets worked up in situations like that then you may want to go somewhere a little smaller / private.

I took my dog to get a full groom. She has long hair and hasn't had a cut in awhile but, Hannah the groomer was so wonderful with her and gave my dog the best haircut and it was very reasonably priced worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place for your fur babies

One of the worst experience here at this pet parlour.I have a shih tzu and I discussed that I need a trim for coco.once I reached there they said they cannot trim and my pet has to be shaved completely.When I was discussing over the call for the appointment they said they will be trimming her and I did not sign up for a shave for coco.Also the owner was super rude and shouted at me when I politely told her to talk to me nicely and she also open the door telling me to get out.Worst customer service and one of the most racist parlour out there .I would not recommend anyone this horrible place for pets.

I have been taking my dog, Joey here since YXE PetParlour first opened, and it is by far the best grooming facility we have ever gone to!Kayla and her entire team are extremely kind and skilled in what they do, and I really appreciate having somewhere I can drop my dog off and have absolutely no worries about him whatsoever.We now live in Alberta, but we base our trips back home based on Kayla’s schedule and when Joey can get in because we love her and her salon that much - thank you for all you do for my fur baby!

Absolutely cannot say enough things about the kindness and excellent work each of the team has done with my Miss Daisy Belle. They’re taught both myself and her so much and we’ve gone from being terrified of baths and teeth brushing to handling everything like a champ! Never did I think my fur baby would be hopping with excitement when we arrive for every trim and haircut. We’d be lost without you YXE Pet Parlour ❤️

Always available for a quick walk in nail trim for my pup. Her nails are always nice and short after and you can tell all the ladies there love the dogs and what they do.

Kayla is great with my high energy dog Murdoch. She's been able to educate me with what I need to be working on with Murdoch so he's more comfortable being groomed. I really appreciate it, and this place as a whole is great. 12/10 would recommend.
