My husband and I would highly recommend Mega City Roofing. When I contacted them in regards to a roof repair (to get us through the Winter 2020) the pricing was more than fair. When we decided we needed a full roof re do for Spring 2021, I did not hesitate to ask Tom for a quote. He was available for any questions or concerns I had and makes you feel like he truly appreciates your business. When we went with Mega City (we got other quotes) I had a feeling that the job would be done right and on time. Our roof was done at the end of April 2021, and it took the crew two days to complete the job. They were super clean, organized, had great materials and tools and they were very professional.We are extremely happy with the outcome. If any of our friends or family need a roof re do or repair in the future, we will %100 refer them to Tom and the crew at Mega City Roofing Inc :)

I made my deal with Andrew, met Tom on install day with the rest of the crew. They were all super professional and brought the sunshine with them as they worked in my roof. I wasn’t home for the install because of the noise, yet my neighbours were raving about the happy and kind crew that worked on my roof. Kudos to the team for fitting right into our little community of love.Right, review for roofing— so my roof looks awesome! The products they used are of super quality (of course I researched it) and the GAF warranty means that I am covered no matter what.When I left home in the morning, I knew that my roof (and home) were in great hands with Andrew, Tom, and the entire team. I would recommend Mega City Roofing to any of my friends and loved ones…already have to my neighbour’s who heard about the team who worked on my roof and can see the beautiful roof everyday!

Before calling Mega City I had called a few other roofing companies and got no response. When I reached out to Mega City Roofing I immediately spoke to Franca. I told her my situation and she assured me everything was going to be ok. Thenext day Tom came out to my property and took care of my dicing problem and the leak that was coming inside my house. I highly recommend them for the quick service, honesty andFranca was a pleasure to deal with.

We initially called Tom and his crew to replace our shingles back in 2009 and he did a great job. Over the years, with some fierce wind storms, he came twice to replace and repair a few loose shingles damaged by the wind. He also arrived today upon short notice to repair some loose aluminum flashing which has come loose due to the string winds and creating much noise and possibly more damage. He quickly arrived and reinforced the flashing so that it will last for years to come... thank you Tom!Regards,Chris K.

Mega City Roofing installed my roof in 2006. Whenever I had any concerns, Tom would promptly respond and make a service call to check and ensure that my roof was in good condition. He never charged me and was always honest, and  honesty goes a long way with me.  I will definitely be calling Tom when I need my next roof done! I highly recommend Mega City Roofing!

I had a few shingles come loose during a wind storm and only noticed once I started seeing water spotting through my bedroom ceiling.I immediately called a few roofers but Mega City was the only one who showed urgency and bumped me up in priority when they heard the plywood on my roof was exposed.Tom from Mega City was at my home in an hour's time after calling and got to work without hesitation. Tom replaced the missing and damaged shingles matching the color as closely as possible and even went out of his way to check my entire roof and replace other shingles that were damaged and where plywood was exposed.I would highly recommend Mega City Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable, professional and skilled roofing contractor. 5 stars.

Tom was very professional and quick! from the time I first called to when he arrived was 30mins. He matched the colour spot on and did a full inspection. Price was VERY reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest people to work with and high quality work.

Tom came by on very short notice to respond to an urgent issue with ice damming on my roof causing leaking into the house. Although he had other jobs, he fit me in to address the urgency. He took enough time to curtail the problem and cut tracks through the ice, allowing the roof to weather the following week of warming weather, rain, and then more snow and another freeze. His pricing was reasonable for this service.

I hadn’t heard of Mega City Roofing before but my contractor hired Tom to do a repair on my flat roof in Toronto where he significantly improved the drainage.The reason I’m so impressed with him is because he actually answers the phone and comes back if you need help. He seems like a genuine and honest guy.I later had a winter leak due to ice damming in the area of his repair — but it wasn’t the fault of his repair. Nevertheless, with water dripping down from my ceiling, he answered my urgent call and helped me diagnose what was happening over the phone. I got the leak to stop shortly after. He then offered to come back in the spring to inspect and touch up the problem area, which he actually did.I will 100% call Tom for all my roofing needs and would recommend him to anyone.
