I’d like to add on to the many other positive comments regarding Andy. I had an awesome experience with him a few nights ago. He was so kind and helped me with the final set up of my new phone professionally and with ease. Thanks Andy :)

Ordered 2 phones for pickup online and they didn't have stock, which is understandable. However, they just left the order in limbo, not a phone call or e-mail. Had to call in just to find out what was going on. I couldn't even make changes on the account because the order was still pending. They couldn't even be bothered to check stock at other locations either. Useless team, don't waste your time here.

It is in front of the Thinka store, which is not difficult to find. The staffs here are very helpful. They help me save money on my plan and explain everything clearly. Varun and Reza are friendly and patient.

Just wanted to say that I was super impressed by the fido service and much thanks to Andy! He was very patient when I asked questions and very kind and thorough in his responses. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you!

We went to the Fido kiosk in Brentwood on Black Friday and received excellent service from Varun. There was a long lineup but he was very patient and efficient in porting over our 4 accounts. Thanks Varun!

I am so impressed by Andy Lau who is a young but very responsible sales representative whom I have never met in any Fido store before. Yesterday I went to the Brendwood mall to look for a fido store for assistance - He was skillful to fix my phone problems quickly and then patiently taught me how to fix them in case they happen again in future. Due to his excellent customer services provided, I finally agreed to apply for a new credit card from Fido. Nowadays it is not easy to meet a person who still use a whole heart to have passion in customer service. Thank you Andy very much for being a good example and hope each representative from Fido would learn from him to have such an outstanding working attitude!

An Asian short guy staff was very rude. I don’t mean to judge him but don’t know his name.I was so surprised that there’re compliments here. I went to Metrotown and met all best staffs but here, they didn’t even care to find a solution.The asian guy only jumped to conclusion that wouldn’t help at all and when I asked anything, instead of helping, he imagined himself that I did something wrong and acted so rude.So disappointed. This experience with the short asian guy made me feel horrible with Fido. After talked to him, I decided to never use Fido cause I stay near Brentwood and won’t like to contact the store again.

Andy was absolutely phenomenal! They were super patient, polite, and very thorough with their explanations. Huge kudos to you for working the booth alone with such a line of customers! Thank you for your hard work!

The rep Varun told me mastercard save me $ on bill each month no credit check.First bill go down 25$.Not true my bills did not go down 1.5% or 25$ as he promised. When I asked explanation blamed me for signing the application contract without reading it properly. Shameless
