I would like management to know about an outstanding experience I had with your service department. I called in and spoke with Justin. I told him about an issue I was having, he asked if I could come in and verify the problem. After determining what was wrong (front differential) he and his team had it completed within 24 hours. He did an excellent job with keeping me informed and his understanding of my situation was greatly appreciated. Justin and his team are serious about providing outstanding service. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

My name is Owen, and I purchased a (Used) 2019 Kenworth W900 on October.15/2022,from inland Kenworth Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada.I have endured multiple repairs on this unit, as well as false information regarding maintenance on the unit.With only having delivery of this unit under 6 months ago, I have receive little to no help from the used truck service manager Bert Downton in Winnipeg.He will not return calls regarding my unit, as well as he is more concerned about his bonus then resolving customer conflicts.I have had to pay out of pocket for the fan hub and blade being cracked, which was not caught on the CVIP Inland completed in September of 2022.Which cost me $2,900.00…I would not recommend purchasing a used truck from this dealership as they only go off of mileage for maintenance and not engine hours.After getting the unit inspected from an outside source, (Cummins) they informed me I was 2000 hours overdue for the DPF maintenance.As well as no record of Valve sets being completed.Before purchasing this unit I was assured all the recommended maintenance was completed, and I was proven wrong shortly after.Inland in Winnipeg covered half of the DPF clean and Valve set , but that cost me 3 days work and a payment I shouldn’t have had to make, under false pretenses that the maintenance was already completed.The only good thing I have to say about Inland Kenworth in Manitoba, is that Ryan McClure the service manager in Brandon, provided me with excellent service, and got me in on a weekend to address my concerns regarding the ECM harness, which had multiple brakes (I also paid out of pocket for those repairs.) as well as Cory Nakonechny my sales men in Brandon, he went above and beyond to help me with delivery of this unit even coming in on weekends to assist with repairs, he has always tried very hard to get me help with compensation on the issues I have had, but has had no luck due to Bert’s decisions.Would not recommend buying used trucks from this dealership, and if you do get it inspected else where before taking delivery.

Great place in Winnipeg! High level of service, very nice and friendly staff, really excellent communication with customer and understanding. I’m just purchased a new truck and I am thanking you for great appreciation and care!

As an owner operator I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.Sales department makes lots of promises but seldom delivers.They keep telling they’re busy with big projects which is fine but then don’t tell me you’d like my business as well

Even though the name is different today, you still get the same friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dealership has a great atmosphere, and is well laid out. I always feel welcome walking in the door!Richard P knows his trucks, and will definitely deal with him next time I am in the market for a new Kenworth truck!

Nice building, good selection of parts, expensive but readily available parts inventory

Liner protrusion done by their tech who is building engines from last 25 years apparently lol. These measurements looks like some homework you scribbled down to turn in at school so you didn't get in trouble. If not that's the most impressive even wearing engine anyone have ever seen.What are the odds that they are all. 008? Looks like a pencil whip job. Worst service in the city. Don’t buy or take your truck at this location.
