FreshCo Steeles & Bathurst

Great store, very overpriced for a franchise of FreshCo" as it is marketed as a savings grocery store. Sobeys and Superstore which are higher quality stores are often less expensive for many items found here

Lots of choices of goods and produces. Vegetables are fresh. I love the fresh seafood section too. Lots of parking. And very convenient it's at the corner of Bathurst and Steeles. Lots of different stores..banks and gas station. Accessible by bus.

The store is big with amazing selection of food from all over the world. Some of their merchandise I have not see in any other location.

Hi, I live nearby Yonge and Finch and always do groceries from here with my fam from around 6 months and being a loyal customer and *Employees here are Nice and supportive no doubt*. But today I just asked the owner (Jennifer) that you guys hire students as I am looking for internship, she being so rude and immediately said me that we don’t and didn’t even talk properly, I just stand like i have done something wrong and felt really bad.

3 stars says everything you need to know about FreshCo at Steels & Bathurst. It's loud, a bit chaotic and full of people. Sone of the prices are reasonable and some aren't. You have to know what you're looking for and how much it should be. Checkout lines are long at it's a busy store but the staff are mostly helpful and friendly.

They have wide varieties of produce items and even with the sea food section !I have never seen any fresh co selling carps, but this one has definitely

This is an okay grocery store, but it has some kinks to still work out:Pro's: clean looking (mostly), accept price matching, good location, friendly staff, and a pretty good variety of products.Con's: location may be good, but the plaza itself is horrible to drive in. People don't look where they are going. The fruit selection here is actually pretty bad - we haven't had a good melon in over a year, and our last bag of potatoes had a few rotten ones with maggots. Also, you're lucky if you can find an apple that isn't banged up. The washroom - pretty gross and never has paper towel - best to hold it. I have personally seen staff drop products, like apples, onto the dirty floors and then put them back for purchase - you're going to clean it anyways

The store was clean, and the cashier was pleasant. The flyer : nothing worth running for - the specials are poor

Had an extremely unpleasant experience shopping at this store today. Lined up to check out and after waiting already for some time, once we got to the counter and were about to unload our groceries, the cashier tells us that if we want to purchase alcohol (2 beer cans) we have to move to the 1st counter. Fine, not a big deal. We go to the 1st counter, wait again for another 10 minutes to get to the front of the cash, then that cashier looks at our cart and says she can't cash us out because she only does less than 16 items and that she can only cash out our 2 beers and we have to go line up again for a 3rd time in a different line for the rest of our items. At this point, my brother and I vocally refused and said we will not be moving lines again as we were directly told by the her fellow cashier that we should pay for our stuff at the 1st counter. The cashier cashed out our cart being visibly irritated. It's incredibly unprofessional and disorganized that the cashiers are playing this type of ping-pong" with the customers. Furthermore

Great assortment of products, from Kosher to Russian, they have good deals as well. The store organization is standard and I find multiple cashiers open, lines are average. The parking lot is ample and they sell beer. I like that I find a decent variety of the pre-package salads, and the best part is that they price match nearby grocery stores.
