Karen and her team did such a beautiful job for our Wedding flowers back in September!!I had a rough idea of what I wanted for my flowers and after Karen asked a few simple questions, she delivered me the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and vases!!!I knew to trust the experts to put together the flowers for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Karen knew which flowers worked together as well as the colours. She even went out of her way to find me specific artificial roses for my centre pieces.Karen was very accommodating and easy to contact!I highly recommend her if you need flowers!

Super helpful for a phone order from out of province. I was not sure what I needed. But these folks made magic happen and delivered a beautiful arrangement on time !Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone one needing beautiful blooms at reasonable prices! Thanks everybody

We fell in love with Frey's Flowers at our local (Kitchener/Waterloo) Bridal Show, that we decided to book our wedding floral arrangements with them. Karyn was so personable and really took the time to hear our vision. They were excellent with timing in terms of service and were wonderful to ensure that we were happy with our order. They responded and arrived in a timely fashion when we required last minute changes and adjustments to our order. We would recommend them for any couple that's looking for a local florist that really puts passion into their work.

I had my wedding on April 22 2017 at the Hacienda Sarria and I absolutely loved my flowers for my wedding. Frey's flowers are remarkable!!!! They provided me with the most beautiful bouquet that I absolutely loved and it lasted days after the wedding and never looked better! I found a picture of what I wanted and they designed to look exactly what I wanted and even better ! My girls bouquets were gorgeous as well as my centre pieces that we above and beyond my expectations absolutely stunning! To the point the at the end of the night my guest were fighting over who could take one home lol ! They also provided me with rose petals for my aisle during my ceremony and flowers for the mantel of the fire place at my venue that just added to the beauty of the setting the ceremony.Thank you so much Frey's you made my wedding so beautiful I can't thank you enough :) -Julie Trussler

Called and ordered flowers for our Mom's milestone birthday. Val was amazing - friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. The arrangement was delivered same day, the cost was reasonable and the flowers are GORGEOUS!!! Lovely arrangement with beautiful, high quality flowers. My mom was incredibly happy with the flowers. so far my experience has not been great, want to order flowers for a family whose mother passed away, unable to reach anyone at 9:20am, left message asking for flower arrangment to be delivered that day, and no one returned my call by 9:50am I called again and a person answered and said they were with a customer and could not help me and would call me back. I was going into a meeting from 10-11am and asked if they could call me at 11am and if I could still get an order in and delivered. it is now 11;30 and no one has called me back, and no one is answering. :( Very poor service

We were lucky to come across Freys for our wedding. They were able to replicate a bouquet idea I had found online and at such a reasonable price. Their delivery service was on-time and stress free. Doesn't hurt that the staff were very friendly and customer-focused too! A real local gem.

I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Frey’s Flowers. We had an unexpected situation arise and needed a bridal bouquet and boutonnière done within 24 hours. They worked with me to understand what was needed and it was ready for pick up the next morning.
