Cracked the screen of my iPhone 7 so I got it fixed here. Being a student with no job, I opted for this store for the off market screen as it was cheaper than the rest. Bad idea. They claimed the only difference from the original is that it was darker but when I brought it home, the screen spazzed out and stopped responding to touch until I pressed the power button and turned it back on. The home button wasn’t even put on right either. I came back the next day and they refused to fix it, saying the off market screen would have the touch problem when they didn’t tell me that. I tried to talk to them but they’d spew out lies, saying they had informed me and said they didn’t touch the home button when the home button is connected to the screen. It makes no sense. I regret coming here and wished I had done more research, which is bad on my part. Even being an off market screen, other stores I showed my phone to noticed that it was terrible, even worse than their off market screens. They had even admitted the owner/worker of the store, who was an old lady with bangs and dressed like a child, was rude to them and their other customers as well.

The service there is horrible. The staff there are so rude and sassy. There are cheap phone cases are for such high prices. My friend bought a phone case from there and it was $12 , it was low quality and way too tight. It made the phone power off many times. So we asked if we return it, telling her there was an issue with the phone case, she refuse to refund it even though she knew the phone case was bad. We asked if can get store credit and she finally agreed. So then we ask for another phone case because we didn't waste the money, so we bought a phone case for $10, which was under our store credit($12).Then we ask for $2 back and she said couldn't because there was no refund . Then we questioned her sense, are u freaking kidding me

Horrible service they have auto deposit and even when you show the confirmation they make you wait until she calls the boss! Bad service.

Just got my Iphone 6 repaired. I dropped it into a mop bucket at work, and the display wasn't working. They took it from me, dried the phone out, and replaced the screen and the battery for only $90 dollars. Solid quality and amazing price. Now let's hope it doesn't deteriorate with time.

NEVER go here! This was the only place I found that had a One Plus 8 Pro screen protector, so against my better judgement, I risked it without checking reviews. Ended up with a garbage protector that created an ugly rainbow glare with the curved edges, created a halo on my selfie cam, and came off in TWO days!

Don’t come here. Fixed my broken LCD screen on my iphone for $100 and it starting glitching like crazy after I left the mall. Screen blacks out randomly. They will ignore you if you try to contact them. Don’t waste your time here this place is trash.

I repaired my phone at this store and paid 170 to replace the LCD screen. After I left the store it started to acting up and the volume button didn't work. They refused to repair it claiming that the service does not come with warranty. I asked them for their business number they refused to provide and called the mall security. Please avoid this store and the mall at all cost. They are a scam and fraud. Use authorized repair stores and pay a little more.

My phone is Samsung s8+ I just bought a simple plain case, screen protector and a metal ring for the case. They charged me for $65!!!!! I complained and paid them $50 cash. I went to other shops and check the prices for same items and they only cost $40 maximum. They will try their best to serve you better? no they try their best to rip you off more. Do they have better quality products? NO. screen protector is Very clean and nice but the Case has lscratches like used ones and the ring has glue dirts on it. Today is Jan 3rd 2020. they know who I am cuz I was the first customer of the day. The way they make money for their lives is amazing. Happy New Year.

I have 3x Lenovo m8 talents I needed cases and screen protectors for kids to use. Wing was extremely nice installed all the protectors and have me a decent discount. I am a regular to the mall and have gone to many cell phone stores over the years would use rainbow again and ask for wing. They used a universal screen protectors and cut it for me since I bought a uncommon tablet. $100 for three installed screen protectors and 3x super durable foam cases for children a very fair deal with excellent service
