This gas station periodically shows false gas prices on Google to lure customers (like today it's Google price is $1.94 while it's gas station price is $2.09.9). Its in-store manager was rude responding to complaints saying it has nothing to do with them. Avoid doing business with them.

Advertises the wrong gas prices!! They had a sign up saying gas was $1.37 a litre yet it was over that yet they didn’t even honour the price they’re advertising. Ridiculous way to try and get customers. Not to mention the person working was rude when I said they should be honouring the price they advertise. Won’t go here again that’s for sure

On July 11th, 2021 I took my younger relatives for slurpies, but when I got there the older gentleman behind the counter (he was wearing glasses) was incredibly rude to us. I went up to the counter so he can ring in our slurpies and pay for a medium slurpie. I then over heard the older gentleman with the glasses quietly telling his employee to keep an eye" on my relative. I then responded to the gentleman and said "he's not going to steal anything." He just looked at me and mumbled something under his breath. He wasn't receptive to what I said at all!!! I don't want to feel like we are not valued as customers.The customer service here is terrible. Definitely not a welcoming and friendly environment."

Every night from 1:30 am to 3:00 am this place has a sign reading closed for cleaning but you see absolutely nobody present and nobody cleaning.

I bought two day passes at 9:30am, then immediately go to take the bus, and it doesn’t work. The bus driver let me on anyways but I still needed to take the sky train. It still didn’t work. No big deal so I bought a new one and called the seven eleven to ask for a refund later tonight. The lady on the phone kept saying I didn’t buy one from specifically her, and I say okay, well I got it from this store and I’m just asking for a refund considering it’s eleven dollars and didn’t work. It takes a bit but she said ok and hung up. I come in at 8:30 pm cause that’s when I’m back, and immediately the old man working was VERY rude. He rudely said “nobody told us” and I explained that I called for this very reason. And he doesn’t listen and says the people from morning have already left. Doesn’t offer any solutions. So I say I did call can you call a manager? And he calls another tall guy from the back to talk to me, and all he says is “they wont answer”, instead of just trying to call cause it’s their job. That’s what a proper worker in costumer service would do! I ask again to call, I’m getting quite frustrated as their being very rude and offering no solution. The tall guy eventually calls after I protest him, and goes to the back, I assume the manager answered the phone because he came back and hung up and very rudely grabbed the pass that didn’t work slammed it down and opened the cash drawer to gab the refund money, then slammed the cash down on the counter without saying a word. Didn’t offer to give me a refund how I paid (debit). Both workers were quite rude but the old man specifically was rude right from the start, didn’t even try to listen from the second I walked in! Only rating two stars because I did get the refund.Update, I changed to one star because this happened again and the man Harjit is so rude and completely unprofessional

Very close by open 24 hours which is great the hot food isn’t that good and tastes dry but that’s what you get when you order cheap food from gas stations but they will suffice if you want to get a quick and cheap meal

My friend and I came back to this 7-Eleven for day passes since it’s the only realtor closest to us. No train stations close to us. The first time, we bought 1 adult & 1 concession. The adult pass said it was expired when it was tapped, and it did again. My friend called them and a lady answered. They said the exact same thing the first time: “I didn’t sell you a bus pass.” My question is, why is the first answer they give “I didn’t sell it to you”? If they were doing their job right, especially customer service, they’d offer some sort of solution or any other question like “oh what time was this at?” Instead of being rude and saying they didn’t sell it to avoid consequence for their own fault. She even told them to write down the name and tell the Night Shift we were coming in for a refund since they didn’t the first time. When we went in, the same guy (We found out his name is Harjit) was rude to us the first time we were there, and was again rude to us when we came the second time. The morning shift didn’t tell the Night Shift that we were coming in either. The thing with this guy he makes this coworkers solve the problem instead of himself. He just stood there doing nothing and watched. Whenever he said anything it was unprofessional and rude. The young man working with him (Saturday 6:30pm ish) was the only professional and nice worker there. We ended up getting the refund. I get that it’s a 7-eleven you people are working at, but at least give some good customer service.

This store supposed to be open for overnight but employee put hand written note on door that closed for cleaning and keep it closed. How long it took to clean this small store? I went there after 2-3 hours and it was still closed.
