Heard this was a great place to get a phone screen replaced. I stopped in for a quote and it was much lower than I expected. They informed me there was a small chance that facial recognition might not work due to where the crack in the screen was. 15 minutes later I walked out with a new screen and all features on the phone working. Would recommend this place if you need a new screen. Fast professional service!

I am thoroughly grateful for the kindness shown by Mobile Squad. I was having problems getting my Sim card in, and it turns out that it was bent. He fixed it in seconds! When I asked him how much would this be, he said, “No charge !”You know, in this era where prices are going up and stress is thick in the air, it is so wonderful to have the experience of this gentleman’s kindness. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Top quality service, very thorough in his work. When he found a solution that would be cheaper than what he originally though, he undid all his work and went that route.Highly recommended.

Thier business model is to scam you with cheap replacement products. I brought a phone in for a screen repair, which was completed with in a few hours. However, with in 36 hrs the screen had simply gone black and stopped working. There were no cracks or visible damage and had not been exposed to liquid (even thought its water proof). I went in to inquire about warranty and was told all sales final, and no warranty. Amazing that for a $200 repair charge, they do not stand behind their work. I said I would pay for a new one as I need my phone for work and they said theyd have to order it. This is when I discovered they had used a cheap quality Chinese screen and asked if I would like to upgrade. I didnt want a DOWNGRADE in the first place and would have happily paid for the better screen initially. They charged me $500 total in the end to have a working phone. Had they not put in a garbage screen to start, i wouldnt have had to pay double and waste my time twice to get my phone working. Only come here if you like doing and paying for things twice to get a final result.

I had the best experience ever. The customer service was very professional. My iPhone was damaged in a fall. The screen had not been damaged at all but it had gone black so I could not see what was on it. All my text messages and phone calls were still coming through though. The Apple Store wanted $250-$300 for a new screen with no guarantee. Mobile Squad got my screen back on for $80!!!! Phone works beautifully. They are amazing and so very, very reasonably priced. walked in and asked if they could replace the battery of my phone, its an older phone from lg so i expected they didn't have it. they checked, they did. half hour later and im typing this on a new half full battery, happy to go from six hours battery to two days again. great place

We were there because I was having issues with my S20 FE, the screen was frozen I thought it needs a new screen. Naveen was very helpful and he just restarted the phone and screen was functional again. I am very happy with the service. He could have easily charged me for the screen but he didn't. I liked the honesty and will be coming back if need anything related to phone.

Excellent customer service! I needed my iPhone camera replaced and he was so helpful and informative, quoted me a very fair price, and had it done in less than half an hour. My camera is now working perfectly again. I will definitely be going back next time I need a repair or to buy a new phone

I needed a screen saver for my cell. I stopped in at Mobile Squad and they were able to help me right away! They knew exactly what I wanted, installed it and I was on my way in no time. I found their customer service to be excellent! Definitely worth a visit to this location!
