I’ve visited numerous times and always been happy with my experiences when getting my eyebrows threaded. Despite it being very busy today the cerologist handled everything with ease and professionalism! Would definitely recommend!

Went for eyebrow threading and a lamination of the brows. I’ve gone here for the past 3-4 years on and off but usually prefer to see Vijaya. I have always been extremely happy with the services but I left crying. My eyebrows were not only completely different shapes but different then when I came in completely lopsided. As well she wiped off the entire lamination on only my left brow… one is up one has none. I also have chemical burn on my left eyebrow. I paid and tipped and expressed how unhappy I was. Usually I would never write a bad review but I called them back two times later to try and sort out the mishap and nothing was done.

Vijay’s is the best. She is very knowledgeable and so friendly. She is an expert in brows. She is the only person I trust to tint and shape my brows. As well her threading and waxing is exceptional. Quick, efficient and very well done. I highly recommend her services.

First time getting the lash tint and lift here. Hygiene issues aside after 1 hour and 45 mins I left without much change.There was only one person working and that would of been fine if there was more focus on time management and service quality. She said she could do both my sister and I in an hour, which was unrealistic. During the whole thing, 3 other people got stuff done. It's okay if those people had appointments but we should of been turned away and asked to come a different day.The curl on my lift did not take, I've gotten this service done elsewhere and been happy with the results and it's taken half the time. The tint is not visible either, and I think was taken off too soon. It is more visible on the left eye where it was applied twice.I was surprised that between service of 5 different people including myself the esthetician did not wash her hands or wear any gloves! Long nails, touching many people's faces, eyes and various products should go along with hand washing no question. More questionable was double dipping into the wax for everyone's services, which is known to introduce bacteria into the pot.I'm not a germophobe but basic steps should be followed to keep everything sanitary. I really wanted to like this place :(((( the person who helped us was very nice I just wish the rest had been better

Vijay has been doing my eyebrows for years now she always makes sure I leave happy & is so kind. Service is great and would recommend!

We got our brown laminated, threaded and tinted. The service was great, the outcome was good, but the reason for the 1 star is because of the hygiene. They didn't wear gloves, they double dipped the wand into the original container multiple times after using it in a client with every lamination product. I also watched them clean their brush. If anyone knows anything about using brushes on clients you immediately put it aside to be deep cleaned. This person just sprayed some type of cleaner, wiped it off and put it back into the drawer to be used again. We won't be back specifically around the concern of cleanliness. This was at the sherwood park mall location.

Have been to this location numerous times for eyebrow threading and a number of waxing services and the staff have done a fantastic job! Vijaya is especially thorough and wonderful to deal with! :)

vijaya was my brow tech today and she did super amazing on my brows. i always love to come in because she makes it a super nice place to be and makes me comfortable.
