I am very pleased with my services. I used a unit for short term while I looked for a place to live. I moved my stuff out one day, called the next morning to cancel and they had already been by the unit and noticed it was empty and cancelled my account for me.

I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for more of a personable experience. I have used other facilities before and have been treated very cold but here u deal with the same person throughout, he is very understanding and showed compassion always welcoming, even when I forgot code time after time. Thanks for the great experience and would definitely rent from this site for any future needs. Also site was always clean, no sign of critters or rodents.

We had a large unit for a year. Time to move out and we needed one more month and exchange for smaller unit. The Gentleman at the office accommodated us that day. Its was so easy. No hassel with changing bill and no hassel leaving.I am a straight afternoon worker. The fact that I could not access the place after midnight was bummer.We had no issues with rodents or water damage or access to both units. All seasons. Highly recommended Access Storage.

Great location, the manager of this location in particular is an absolute Gem ! Very kind, understanding and will go above and beyond to help. Thank you for working with us for over a year and keeping our belongings safe and secured.Lots of options for storage!One suggestion, please look into your front gate. I'm sure people are very rough on the key pad, but if it's raining or bad weather, it really acts up. My husband was trapped inside for some time a few weeks ago. He had to climb the fence, use the keypad from the entrance side, hussle back to the car and drive through before it closed. Quite dangerous !

STOLEN!!! This is the trailer I use to own until it was stolen from Access Storage July 30 /2020. I've made several phone calls looking for answers.. between the on site manager, the regional manager and someone who claimed to be from customer care... These people have ignored most of my messages and continue to do nothing almost a month later.I have gotten you should call your insurance" and "what more do you want us to do.. we called the police for you" and another favorite... "you rented a parking spot
