I had an amazing experience dealing with Harry and Amart Auto. I was searching for a car for a few weeks when I came across him. Harry provided me with excellent customer service experience. I was very nervous about shopping for a used vehicle but he showed me multiple vehicles that met my standards and budget. When I went to see the vehicle it looked exactly like the ad had described. I took it for a test drive and I was sold immediately. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of Harry when I was looking for a car to purchase. I contacted him and was met with polite, direct and efficient customer service. Unlike most auto dealerships, he did not pressure me in to purchase. When I decided on getting a pre purchase inspection for the Lexus ES350, Harry was kind enough to have the vehicle delivered to the third party inspecting shop and picked it up when the inspection was complete. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good used vehicle and doesn't want the pain of dealing with a sales person trying to push you into a purchase :)

Good experience with these guys. Bought my mother her first car here. Car has been running absolutely smooth as promised. No complaints, service is good & transaction was quick. Might be back soon to purchase something else, haven’t been able to much success on inventory on other lots.

Harry was very rude . Know nothing about customer service. When you deal with Amart auto you should be careful of Harry. Harry is the worst dealership I met ever, he is rude and doesn’t know anything about customer service as well as Harry will hide information about the car to buy it. You have to be aware and ask him for carfax and read it carefully because Harry after selling the car will not correct his mistakes. Harry only cares about money.

I’ve bought 2 cars from Harry a Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. He’s very understandable in working within your budget and being very honest about the car that you’re buying. I would be very careful working with Harry and family. Make sure you understand their intentions and what they're motivated by. My experience is they will evade you when a dispute arises and fight to the bitter end trying to avoid accountability.Buyer be aware do extra due diligence on their character and decide for yourself.
