Just moved to Kamloops bought a mobile home here and it is fantastic

This location is reviewable? Okay. Well we have a very clean and well-maintained trailer park. The nearest amenities are the Airport and then Brock Shopping centre (there is the Brock convenience store too). So the park is a bit out of town" and it is also right up against the train tracks. Overall a nice 'not so little' trailer park that looks to be a cozy little place to live. Roads and lots look nice and there were no loose dogs roaming around which is a big plus."

Along ORD Road nestled in between some empty land and brock looking up towards the mountains it's a wonderful little trailer park called Brock Estates. Personally met and helped numerous of the elderly they're wonderful people, it's quiet doesn't seem to be anyone partying and causing trouble everybody seems to be really nice. good little community.

When we moved into Brock Estates Manufactured Home Park in 2007, it had the lowest monthly rent-rate in the city, and was the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing MHP we knew of. It is now 2022 and all the pluses we observed are still intact.The Park is secured by a chain-link enclosure. Entering and exiting is via Ord Rd.Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Includes pleasant park/playground suitable for all ages. On-site management is fair-minded and respectful.

A very peaceful and clean neighborhood...the numbers of places there are on a map at the front so read or you will get confused.

Mostly older mobiles with designated areas for living ie; adult section,young children section etcPad rent is too much but everyone's pad rent is. They all think they are on a gold mine but its just another track of land on the railway tracks

Moved here last December (2020). We are in the adults" section (basically means you are an empty nester). There is also a "family" section but no physical separation (which I personally think is just fine). There is a grassy park at the end with picnic table a kids play centre. Everyone has an amazing and unique yard space and the overall feel of the estate (that's a fancy word for trailer park) is "big city park like" with lots of trees and greenery. My neighbors are all friendly and eager to get to know you. That makes for a very safe environment. The new managers are diligent about keeping the estate up to a good standard. This is a highly sought after place to live that is affordable and spacious. Although this is not a Bare Land Strata

Nice looking trailer park. It's older but seemed well maintained. A lot of the yards were kept up; not something you always see in trailer parks.
