I brought an old family ring in for an appraisal. They cleaned the ring right up and made it look new again. So last week I called and explained my wife's mother's day ring ( from another store I won't be going back to) had lost a stone in her ring with the kids birthstones. The other place told us that the warranty on the ring only covers diamonds so they could not replace a saffire stone. They even went as far to quote me more than the original purchase price to repair all the claws and replace the stone.I contacted Aaron to tell him what happened and to see if maybe they could take a look at it.He had my wife's ring back in 2 days looking brand new for about ⅓ of the price.Solid service, with a smile! I'll be coming back soon for sure!
