The lady working didn't greet us when we walked in, she was too busy talking to a friend. When she finally greeted us, she didn't ask if we needed help with anything, we had to let her know we wanted to purchase a game. She then began to say the stickers that were orange aren't the actual prices and that she had to ask her manager what the prices were and that she didn't know the prices. We checked the price charting website and the game we were interested in said it was going for $20, while they had it priced for $25 and apparently going to charge more due to Covid. We waited a while for her to get in contact with her manager but eventually just left because she was taking too long and were probably going to charge was way more over market price.

After coming back to this location after a 3 year gap because of Covid I returned to a store that welcomes their customers and makes them feel comfortable. The owner gave my best friend and I the best customer service ever. She was very kind and we had a great laugh. (Also having great taste in the AC franchise). She helped us out in giving us a reasonable price for the DS games we bought and I can't wait to play some Mario Kart while on the transit. I plan in coming back soon in doing more purchases because there was a lot more that caught my eye.

I managed to find what I needed in this store. Sandra was very kind and reminisced with me as I saw my childhood with each handheld and game I saw. All these one star reviews are phony. Idk what Amazon and EBay they are using bc all of that garbage is over priced. I would know I’ve bought said items before. But now that I know Sandra’s got all these good items, I can’t go wrong. Looking forward to return to the store again some other time. But until then thank you for your time. I will enjoy my Nintendo ds in mint condition, while her haters hate.

This lady (Sandra) will quickly change the price on you when you ask how much does a game cost. She will give you a phony excuse of why the need for a price change. She is super rude and very condescending. She is running a scam and I WOULD NOT buy here!! This place is double Ebay prices on average. You are better off buying on Amazon or even Ebay. STAY AWAY!!

I came across this “ Museum” on a chat group : this place was highly recommended for their massive collection . Amazing nostalgia place to pick up old games! Picked up some great gems . Big selection of Pop Figurines ! Fair prices . I am really glad to have shopped at Xtreme Games Interactive . Then owner she was super helpful, and friendly. Definitely looking forward to coming back !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is a complete joke that is inflating it's prices like crazy. For example Kirby's Dreamland 3 usually goes for around $200-$300 no box if you check on eBay but these guys are trying to make you pay double that. The pricing on all their labels are incorrect. They have to text the owner to get the new price, which takes like 10 minutes, only for you to find out it's gonna cost way more than what was originally being shown. Xtreme Games Interactive is a huge waste of money when you know how to do research. Buying/collecting is always gonna be pricey but this is insulting. If you want to collect games check Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace. If you wanna go to a game store try A and C or Video Game Experts (my personal favorite). Don't be fooled by their nice looking selection, this is ridiculous.

Sandra is the goddess of gamers!! Ask her and she knows. We love visiting and chatting with her. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Despicable!!My boyfriend bought a copy of Virtua fighter 2 for Sega Saturn yesterday. The red sticker price was $79.99, then she said the game was actually way more then that and put 2 green stickers on for $199.99. Then she said she'll give us a deal" and give it to him for 150 bucks. . The game doesn't even work and he is already fed up with the store. Very shady business over there. He is so disappointed he doesn't even want to go back to exchange it. This place is the worst. Sandra is greedy and very dishonest. . we came all the way up from Niagara Falls just to buy garbage.. really expensive garbage. Cd is horribly buffed to heck with the worst wave Marks on it.So disappointed to say the least. This is all an understatement because she already somehow deleted or reported his review off of here. Don't go to that store unless you really know your stuff

For anyone looking here, check eBay instead. Listed prices in this store are egregious. Super Mario Bros, one of the most sold games of all time that can easily be found for 10$ is being sold here for 45$. I don't know what they're thinking.

This gem of an establishment is so prim and proper. Sandra the owner is very sweet and honest, and You get the impression she runs this beautiful business with honesty and passion. Extremely helpful and I definitely will always go back, because of the service. Thank you greatly.
