Chad was easy to book with. He called ahead of time and offered to get me a coffee.Talk about top notch service! He was thorough, and finished the job in a very timely manner. Fees were extremely reasonable, and we will happily use his services again! 5 Stars!

They were very prompt with scheduling and delivering services! With professionalism and friendliness, my furnace was seen to within 24 hours and was fixed within 1 hour. They took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and gave advice on maintenance moving forward.I would highly recommend NOVA HVAC Ltd.

Chad was very polite when he came into our home. He was also able to diagnose my airflow issue and fixed it on the same day! Other HVAC companies couldn't figure it out for some reason. And because he was only there for a very short time and was an easy fix, he didn't even charge me! Hard to find a company these days not trying to rip you off We will definitely use them again for our HVAC cleaning project later this year.

We had our air conditioning system installed by Nova HVAC last summer when it was brutally hot. It was worth every penny to be able to sleep on those hot nights! They were professional, honest and did an excellent job! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We highly recommend them!!

Our air conditioner (installed by previous owners) stopped working a few days ago. I had heard amazing reviews about Chad and his work, so I gave him a call to see if he could help and he responded immediately. Chad had the problem diagnosed over the phone based on the information I gave him. He was able to get the parts needed and installed in the same day. Chad also made some friendly suggestions to keep the air conditioning unit running smoothly but did not pressure us to spend anymoremoney. We are so thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. We will definitely use Chad in the future and we highly recommend him.

Chad is extremely professional, reliable and delivers excellent quality, every time. Chad takes the time to ensure you truly understand what he is doing and doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. I deal with a lot of contractors in my profession and I can definitely say that Nova HVAC far exceeds any service I have seen from any other contractor.
