Concept distributing has always been great with awesome advice/service. If you’re looking to win on the track you will need some skill and their tested product. When I call concept my parts are shipped two provinces over and fast all the way to Saskatchewan there is a reason i source that far away nobody can compare to their customer service in the utv market.

Chris Shirley and his techs are hands down the real pros. I came to them with a machine that had been worked on by another shop that had cut so many corners it could have easily ended with me dead, this I can't stress is quite literal.From fixing brake lines that had pinched and weren't properly attached to having every bolt properly torqued, they have time and time again come thru to help me out.They are up front, they aren't the cheapest but they are one of the best in my experience for SXS and ORV related work. When you're ripping down an FSR with an 80 foot plus drop only feet away do you really want to trust people who will try to save a buck while potentially putting your life or someone else's in potential limbo? Or trust real pros who will do their best to get the job done?We play with adult toys, we all need to be real with ourselves and understand the very real consequences.

Where to start with concept. From the moment I first starting watching Al and his crazy stunts, I knew this place was going to be badass.You drive in and you know they mean business. Massive ramps out front for testing and a organized shop with great staff.Al has done 2 cages for me now, spare tire mount, and lots of other goodies. They are the best quality in the industry, but there is more to it then that.It’s the answering questions at 9 at night, multiple times. Even if it’s about trail repairs, gear reduction options, or just a general knowledge question.. you can rest assured your going to get the right info.Being upfront about costs and supplying products they believe in.Making recommendations based on the hours of RND and product testing, and overbuilding there products to save lives, even if the cost is greater to them on the back end.Al has been a champion through and through and has helped me make decisions about upgrades for my machine with honest answers and a positive vibe.I cannot recommend these guys enough. Keep your money local and support small business.Thanks for all the help over the years!
