Had an issue either the automated car was and it was resolved quickly and professionally. Car looked fantastic after washing. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

An incident happened 2 weeks ago where I paid the tap but the machine did not open.Now I am here getting my carwash, which is more than what I paid before. The guy who came in to give me back my money in the form of a good carwash is so apologetic and nice.I would’ve given this 5 stars if there is a phone number to call for incidents like this, not just an email.

Great location. Fast and easy car wash, I especially love that I can use debit/tap to pay instead of fishing for coins or even digging for cash to convert to coins or tokens. A simple $4 purchase (for 4 minutes) is enough to completely wash/soap and rinse my SUV. Fast and easy, can't beat that!

Great car wash, right beside my house so I come here all the time. Always gets a great wash either through the drive through wash or the do it yourself. Highly recommend

A while ago I gave 5☆review and now this car wash went down so much. Broken floor mats holders, broken worn out brashes, garbage everywhere. DON'T COME HERE OR YOU RISK SCRATCHING YOUR CAR WITH WORN OUT BRASHES!

The rinse cycle has been reduced to save money and therefore soap film is left on the car. I've tried it three times on each level and it was not a fluke.Update: This issue has been fixed. This location, although not touchless, does not scratch my car and does a thorough job. Glad to be back on track.Went back March 12, 2022 while owner was on site. We did not get under carriage spray or any soap. When we told the owner of our experience on the way out he gave us a car freshener and told us to come again. He showed no interest in the system faults we encountered. An air freshener in such a circumstance is NFG. Not going back for a third chance! There is never a fix, just excuses and contempt!

I've been to this place a few times, it's the closest self car washing station near me...so this place has no attendance.. it costs $4 to start the self car washing, I started inserting the toonies into the slot, and it wouldn't take the second toonie, it just came back out. ok, it's a faulty machine so I drove over to the next stall and it did the same thing. After a few attempts to deposit the toonies again into the slot, it's still not working... So frustrating, I started to look for a number that I can call, and I saw the Inetcom inc on the wall, I think that's the monitoring number, so I called that and there was no answer. So the machine ate my $4 that's my story, not a big deal, it was just frustrating and no one or number to call :(

Lost money on the soft touch section yesterday March 6th, 2023. Door could not open, even though the system accepted payment.Sent an e-mail and I have yet to receive a reply.Update-received a response to meet someone at the carwash tomorrow on March 12th.2nd update;I am at the car wash and met a very kind host who resolved my issue and upgraded my wash to Deluxe as well. Will return for sure as I live in the neighborhood.

I've been coming here a while the car wash itself is OK, it works and all that but every time is worn out and annoying to use but it's close and gets the job done the only reason I'm mad is I paid 2 bucks for a freshener it took my money but no freshener came out so I tried a different scent and it scammed me a 2nd time, didn't have time to call and complain about it but for now on I'm going to go to another one that has some more modern machines that won't rip people off....
