I have lived with hip pain for years and I was more than happy with my first Physio appt at Prime. They were very thorough and did multiple treatments after the assessment. I feel better already after leaving and looking forward to my next visit when need be!

Ruel has been helping me with my torn rotator cuff, pre and post surgery for well over two years now. Ruel is extremely knowledgeable—he clearly explained my injury and the reasoning for the stretches and exercises he recommended. Thanks to surgery and to his guidance in my rehabilitation, my shoulder’s range of motion has vastly improved. I will see Ruel any time I need physiotherapy. His new location at Prime Physiotherapy & Athletics is easy to access with free parking and excellent equipment.

I am very excited that Ruel has opened this location. I have been to him in the past a number of times, and have always had good results. I have been to many different physiotherapists over the years, but I have found Ruel’s experience and knowledge to be far superior. I notice the results of pain relief significantly sooner then I have at other physiotherapists.

I am 20 and I wasn't able to walk properly without a limp and a cane in hand due to my injury. I injured my SI joint and my glute muscles earlier this year lifting. Ruel has been my physiotherapist, and has been helping me out greatly with treatments and exercises. He has been teaching me about my injury and how to prevent injury through proper technique and form. His explanations are clear and I have learned much from him. Thanks to him, I was able to get back to walking properly at a fast pace which was a hindrance in school. I am also back to squatting and deadlifting with better form and technique. I find it very easy to talk to Ruel and the staff. His location has free parking, and inside is very clean with nice equipment.

Ruel is incredibly knowledgeable. Their facility is the most well equipped that I’ve seen for both rehabilitation and performance paths.

Ruel is been my physiotherapist for almost 5 years. Very efficient, knowledgeable with his job. Very caring to his clients. I will never forget when I had back spasm, can’t hardly walked, can’t get up from the table. Ruel has been my physiotherapist for several years. Very professional and efficient. This place is new, clean and has modern equipment. I had back to back year of injuries from broken hand to torn ACL. He was a big part of my recovery. I was able to play competitive Basketball again. They do direct billing too! I will always recommend this clinic for your physio and athletic therapy needs!
