These guys are great! I was passing through on a trip and a suspension bolt backed out of my sled with 75 miles left to my destination. They were able to save my trip and had me rolling again in no time. Thank you for helping me out!

Buyer beware! If you buy a sled from them, make sure you find out the sled is complete. If it's not complete they won't tell you and you'll be stuck with it. I've now had the sled for over a year and they still haven't gotten me the parts!I called about a month ago and you said all the parts are back ordered till April. You said I should call back then or contact my local dealer then.The owner states below that the parts are now available but I just called them and was told the parts are not. They're still on back order till April/May

They did an absolutely terrible job on a wrap install. Instead of resolving the issue with the the wrap they decided to block everyone who left a negative review or comment on their page. I was in the market for a new Ski Doo but now I know to LOOK ELSEWHERE. After seeing first hand that they can't stand behind a Wrap install I wouldn't trust them to stand behind a $10k + Sled! BEWARE, Don't get taken advantage of like many others have.

I had always been thrilled with the sled shop. The reason for the negative review now is the absolutely terrible application of a sled wrap that he installed on my wife’s sled. When we questioned him about the issues(a few of which you can see attached) he chuckled and said “that’s because it’s a sh*t wrap”The wrap in question was made by ArcticFXgraphics a industry leader in snowmobile wraps. Clearly he was trying to use every excuse in the book and not take responsibility for his poor quality workmanship. Kevin finally admitted that there were issues with his application process but claimed “overall it came out great”. He flat out refused my request for a full refund. I understand everyone makes mistakes but Kevin’s failure to make the situation right after I gave him MANY chances too is extremely disappointing and frustrating. If you’re looking for an honest shop that prides themselves on their workmanship look elsewhere!

Since 1996 I have used the Sled Shop for all my mechanical needs Summer or Winter they have you Covered !!! Kevin and his crew of experts Keep Heidi and I tracking Miles and smiles on the trails ! One of the shining stars of Aroostook County !

Good Quality Service and Fair PriceI had an old Outlander 800 that would not start and they got it running and did some work on it for me and did a great job. Happy with the Service and will use them again.

After seeing the terrible wrap job they did on my friends Sled and the way The Sled Shop handled the issue(by blocking everyone) I would look elsewhere. Instead of trying to resolve the issues they simply BLOCK anyone who leaves a negative review on Facebook. If they can't stand behind a Wrap install I wouldn't trust them to stand behind a $10k + Sled! BUYER BEWARE.
