A super big thank you to Sheng House for repairing our sectional that was purchased at another retail store.This summer we stopped into their store to look for a living room set for our cottage. After looking at the different settings we choose a set from Ashley. The gal then explained how their warranty works, which is basically for as long as you owe your furniture. You just have to bring it back to the store and they would fix it. We had mentioned that we purchased a sectional from another furniture retailer in yorkton and that we not only got the run around but also they never did fix it.She told was to bring it into their store and they would look after it. We did, and it looks great.Sheng house went out of their way for us and we are not only grateful, but would highly recommend their store to anyone needing furniture. If they make an effort to correct a previous bad experience , you can imagine the great service you would get if the issue was theirs.Food For Thought “ NEVER buy furniture from a lumber yard.”

Great service and great prices , customer service was amazing!

Worst customer experience ever. Bought a brand new couch. Didn’t realize it was damaged till I got it home because it was wrapped. I made a customer complaint. They refused to replace the couch. They suggested they would replace the part of the couch that was damaged. This took 2 months and I now have to take the damaged couch apart, then take it to them and then replace it with the new piece. So I bought a brand new couch that was damaged that I now have to fix. Great.

This place is amazing...such selection...great prices...Ashley helped us and she was above and beyond service. She is so knowledgeable and honest. We love our new couch set.. thank you Sheng House Furnishings. Highly Recommended.

went in just to look at couches to get an idea of what we wanted, ended up putting a deposit on 2Staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable would rate 20 stars if possible i am very satisfied with my visit!!we were curious about the color difference of a couch so the girl helping us ran into the back and dug a cushion out of the back of the warehouse for us to compare as well as gave cleaning tips and her personal reccomendations, and the best part is they werent pushy about anythingThank you guys
