HORRIBLE SERVICE- DO NOT GO HERE.Took my car in because my heat stopped working. When I picked it up there were a few scratches by the drivers door that weren’t there before.John was condescending and sneered at me, saying it wasn’t their fault. I know for a fact these scratches weren’t there before, as I had been in a car crash and just had my car fixed a few days prior. Jae, the older man, said that since I had a ‘used car’ it was fine and I should just ‘deal with it. ’ John was especially condescending and exceedingly rude. He kept rolling his eyes at me, shaking his head and mumbling at me, while I politely inquired about this matter. Both are complete imbeciles and I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Find another budget car repair service, minus the attitude and horrific service.BAD SERVICE, BEWARE.

Quick and Easy oil change! They fit me in their busy schedule in a day or so notice. While changing oil they checked all other factors of tiers and breaks to give me a whole update of my car's functionality. Prices are very fair and honest. Definitely recommend for any mechanical needs of your vehicle.

In the beginning John the manager or head mechanic is nice to talk to but beware what they put in your car to replace parts. i bought a car from carmatch great dealership good people; however they deal with Jaes Auto for their warranty. Jaes replace my radiator with a cheap one that leaked after running for less than 10000km. The said they would honor warrant but kept insisting there was no leak. after finally they figured out" the problem which by the way the car didn't have until i brought it back there. they charge ridiculous amount for repairs and replacement. i ask other car shops how much it would cost and it was almost half only of what JAEs was charging. since my car is already at JAEs shop instead of driving it to another shop i opt to get it fixed there but i made a mistake of asking for a better price... John snapped at me and refuse to fix the car. Told me to pick it up asap good thing my mechanic shop is not too far away because the car overheats 5 mins after driving it.please if youre looking for a car repair shop do yourself a favor dont come here.they are nice if they know you but dont get deceive by the facade."

Trust shop for sure! My recent work was my wife's glk 350 and the owner's son did1. Spark plug2. Oil change3. Brake rotor/pads replaceThe price was very reasonable and I highly recommend them. How do I know? I had problem with my car and it was quoted $800 to fix and I came to this shop and was quoted only $120. That was 13 years ago, and I still go here. I service my e92 M3 here. Dont hesitate, go this shop for your cars!

My go to mechanics the fix what's needed and advise me if they find anything that I wasn't aware of. Happy to recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I have to say that these people are not good at diagnosing the car issues. They might be good for oil change and easy maintenances like that but not for a bit complicated stuff. I believe they don’t have enough skills as my personal experience of visiting there proved it. I visited them for my friend’s car but the experience I had from that visit made me to write this review so others won’t experience the same thing. My big issue with their service is that they charged my friend with a service that did not address the issue and when he asked for the refund they were not willing to refund while the issue was still there.All in all, I have to say I don’t recommend this auto repair.

They were absolutely amazing, very professional and kind. They fixed my engine, and brakes on time.

They do their job honestly. Reasonable pricing and check the problems well. They rescued my car which was almost died. Highly recommended!

Owner is try to rip me off. I went there to change my oil. The owner took out the oil but he didn't change the oil filter. I asked why he didn't change oil filter in front of my eyes. He also said it is okay to not to change oil filter.... helllllo? I pay my money to change oil and oil filter.Also, I let owner take care of my break as well. because I have little bit dragging issue on my brake. My car was 1 year old and ran about 23000km. The owner said it is time to change brake pads and rotors and also rear drums and shoes as well.. what a rip off..DO NOT GO J'S Auto Repair OWNER IS SCAMMER
