John & James have a wealth of knowledge and are very supportive of our communities cycling needs. They also have a large selection of cycling related products in store. If I have any questions they take the time to answer them. I have bought two road bikes from Blackwell Cycle and have been very happy with the product support.

I purchased bmx parts from someone locally and had some serious issues with the parts. I went to a few local bike shops and got no help just attitude. I heard good things about Blackwell Cycle and Watercraft so I thought I'd give them a try. I had an excellent experience with the company. Everyone was courteous not just that but very helpful. I recommend this business and will definitely go there again.

Great place and nice team of people working here! We had a usual bike with the damaged crank arm and they helped us to get the tool and even to fix it. Without asking any extra money. Great service and great parts!

I had an amazing experience here. I needed to get my drivetrain inspected and the wait time at Alpine cycle in Port Huron is always at least two weeks. I called to see if I could get any better help in Canada, and James was able to accommodate me that day. He checked out my drivetrain and replaced the cassette that was chewed up and discovered the chain that came with my bike was too short. He fixed it while I waited and it rides smoother than it did when I first got it! Being over in Canada I got some cool candy and ate an amazing fish dinner on the river looking back at Port Huron. I am so glad I called!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Blackwell Cycle and Wawanosh Watercraft for a little more than 10 years now. James and John have always offered a wealth of information and couple their respective knowledge with personality that makes you feel like you're dealing with friends who have your best interests at heart. What a great duo! A shout out to Michael also, who cranks the wrenches and puts out quality work. What a team! If you're an outdoor enthusiasts, on two wheels or in and on the water, make sure you make a stop at this location. These guys are the best, simply put!

I have been thinking of getting a Mountain Bike for the past couple years so I decided to go to Blackwell Cycle based on the great reviews that they have and to no surprise the costumer service they provide indeed is excellent! John was available as I walked in and greeted me right away I told him I was interested on getting a MTB so he just started explaining all the different types, models and all the different features each bike has....he showed me low end to high end bikes explaining why the difference in price. Since I had a budget already stipulated I told him how much it was so than we really focused on the different bikes within my budget. Bought the bike and waited a couple days to be ready since my frame size bike was not assembled yet.The day I went to pick up my bike I walked in John was busy with a costumer so James came to attend me and once I said what I was there for he knew right away what bike i was there for. Again excellent costumer service from James also paid for my bike chatted about rides and stuff and away I went.Great place to buy a bike from what I could see they have all kinds of bikes different types and low to high prices. It's great to walk in into a bike store and come out with the bike you like and can afford with knowledge of what you didn't know and a solid hand shake. Thanks John and James for a great experience.

Two great owners that offer exceptional service and sales of great bikes and gear. Always a really relaxed environment when at the shop, where they welcome you to make a coffee and hang out. You don't come across businesses like this too often anymore. Keep it up guys!

Excellent service and top quality parts and accessories. I got an inner tube replaced in my front tire on my TREK. Change valve from a Presta valve to a more practical Schrader valve. While getting the work done, I checked out their great selections of accessories and purchased a bike mirror.I definitely will be taking my TREK back to Blackwell Cycle for repairs and service.
