Mill Town Cycle

Still waiting to hear back from them over a month ago! They said they would bring in the bike I wanted to purchase and it would take 2-3 business days. Gave them my information to call me when the bike is in, still waiting..... Took my business elsewhere to support my local town.

Amazing and kind staff! I took my my two daughters' bikes in because they weren't able to pedal them. One of the guys took a look and was super friendly, noting that they didn't seem to need a tune-up. He added air to the tires, however, and so when I asked him how much, he said no charge. Next time my bikes have an issue, I'll be going here. You don't get great service like this many places these days, so I highly recommend Mill Town Cycle!

Had a flat tire today and I had to carry my bike for 5 kms. Called Mill Town Cycle, they waited for me to be there and repaired my bike beyond their closing hours. This is Fantastic customer service. Manager was very courteous and the workers were super friendly. This was my first time at Mill Town Cycle and I'll definitely go back for all my bike related needs. Two thumbs up.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this place. They charged my wife and I $100 each for labour, didn't give a breakdown of what it was for when we dropped off the bikes, I asked them to fix specific issues initially and when we came to pick up the bikes only half the stuff was completed so we had to come back to drop it off again.The second time, they didn't even bother letting us know that we can come pickup the bikes as they told us to wait for a text confirmation. Still they refused to change my breaks, as I asked them in the beginning so I had to argue with them until they finally agreed. Won't ever come back again worst customer service ever! Beware if you use these guys!

Joe and Scott always go the distance for me. Whether it's making small adjustments to satisfy my drivetrain complaints, or a quick turnaround on a major catastrophe.Consistently excellent service.Bravo gentlemen, just put in my second ride and the bike is working better than I could have expected.

Had to drop it off a 2nd time to get it fixed. Felt like Nike wasn’t tested after repairs
