Purple Cow Internet

I wish I knew about Purple Cow years ago. Very easy to set up, reliable Internet connection and very good communication from the company. I personally like how they keep everything simple and uncluttered. Price is competitive. No more need for Bell Aliant. Sigh of relief.

I switched over to Purple cow from Bell a couple of weeks ago.So far I am very impressed.The process of signing up was so easy. The delivery of the modem was very fast. There were some issues with the service, due to something being unhooked outside of the house. A technician came out and fixed it easily.They contacted me over text, checked my speed and connection and made sure everything was good for me.Loving Purple Cow. Can’t believe it took me so long to make the leap. I’ve been thinking of it for quite awhile.So glad I did. Good service and a $45 per month savings for the same level of service!

I’ve had Purple Cow one week and cannot express how happy I am to be in the herd! Any initial issues were taken care of and their customer service is outstanding. The grass truly is greener on their side of the fence.

They are great people. They walked me through the connection process and it was easy. One time I was short money and i asked if they could wait 3 days to take out the payment. She said no problem. Honestly I've had problems with the big companies almost every time. Even when you cancel service..They forget you returned your machine..and owe $450. I've never had my internet go down" or had to call tech support. Makes you wonder what's going on at "their end".Anyway

Decided to get rid of our expensive and often frustrating Bell account. Read the reviews about Purple Cow and decided to join the Herd. Great experience from the get go and no issues so far

I just switched to Purple Cow after many years with another service provider. The staff at Purple Cow have been amazing! They texted with me to assist with the installation and even checked to make sure the signal strength was working at its maximum. Thank you for making the process so easy!

Setup was quick and easy, and amazing customer service. It was so easy to get a hold of someone, staff are very responsive. Not to mention how good the price is!
