Jim and Jim renovated and updated our basement over the course of two months and we could not be more pleased with the final product. They were always respectful of our property and a pleasure to have in our home. We knew we were in good hands with Jim and Jim and had the utmost confidence that the work was being done properly and to the highest standard. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family and they will be our first call for any other home renovation projects we need done.

After researching several companies, we selected ROI Reno’s to complete major renovations in our home. The work included converting two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our washroom from tub to walk in shower, and we also took approx 30% of our unfinished basement space to design and construct a media room and full washroom.Their carpentry, drywalling skills and tiling, as well as flooring installation was excellent, as was everything else they did!!The work was completed on time and Jim Dickinson, owner, and his team did an excellent job of taking our vision and making it reality. Their workmanship was top notch and they worked with us as a partner throughout the projects. Jim also made some recommendations that reduced the number of bulkheads we would have had in the basement, resulting in a much cleaner and streamlined look.All electrical and plumbing work was completed by skilled professionals coordinated by Jim. Jim and his team were professional, personable, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They collectively bring years of experience to your projects. They also have a great sense of humour and we enjoyed having them in our home!We would highly recommend ROI Reno’s to anyone who wants to deal with a reliable, trustworthy and honest company who really know what they are doing!! We will not hesitate to call Jim for any future projects.

Jim and Jim did another great job for us that entailed removing an old kitchen, tearing out a portion of wall, installing an entire new kitchen from floor up, re-tiled laundry room, powder room, installed new cabinets in laundry room, re-grouted two upstairs bathrooms, installed new vanities in three bathrooms, installed heated kitchen floor, painted wall, trim, re-routed exhaust duct over stove, plus many other interconnected items. Especially pleased that they caught a problem with the original plumbing that could have caused major flood damage. This is the second major renovation job and will always call on them

We had ROI Renos come in the fall/winter. Jim and Jim did an amazing job. Jim came up with a new floor plan and completely renovated our kitchen (insulation, dry wall,ceiling, cabinets, flooring, etc..). They also put new flooring throughout the main floor of our house and tiled a bathroom and laundry room. Extremely happy with the work and will 100% have them do future work.

ROI Renovations recently renovated our mudroom and dry walled our garage which were complete disasters before they arrived! The team was extremely professional, friendly, thorough and made my family feel at ease with the safety measures they took during the pandemic. Jim went above and beyond what was asked for the projects and we were so impressed and grateful for his thoughtfulness and expertise. We are thrilled with the spaces now and are already looking forward to our next project working with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!

We had ROI Renos back again for another project. This time they installed new flooring in the upstairs hallway. There was carpeting in the hallway before. Jim came in and removed all the carpeting, the spindles and railing for the rounded staircase. Once the spindles were removed, Jim created a temporary barrier to prevent from falling down the stairs (very important for us because we have a little one). Jim and Jim then created a new custom oak nosing for the rounded staircase. They matched the stain colour of the nosing with the stairs and the railing. Once the nosing was installed, they reinstalled the spindles and railings. They then installed the new flooring for the hallway. One again, we were very happy with the quality of work and how clean they always left the house. We will be calling ROI Renos back for our project.

This is the second renovation project we have had Jim and Jim complete. We are just as happy as when they renovated our kitchen and main floor. This time we had them finish our basement. He helped with the design and layout, made an extremely functional and clean laundry room, enclosed our furnace and water heater out of the way, lay laminate flooring over the concrete, and developed a lovely open concept area that will be part exercise room, part office, part home theatre. We will definitely hire again and would recommend them to anyone!

Jim and his team did an excellent job renovating my shed. They started theproject on time and it was completed to my great satisfaction.
