This is one of my fave spots in Van. I love the Wagyu Pho Bo.This time I got the Pho Bo with satay, sous vide egg, and chinese donut. Delicious. Also, really enjoyed the garlic fried noodles.

Another great spot on Commercial Dr! Small restaurant that's perfect for casual dining and cocktails. The wait can be long so reservations are recommended.Had the bone marrow, skewers, and spring rolls to start. They all tasted amazing and went well with the cocktails. Ordered the steak and garlic noodles for mains which were great as well. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Cảm ơnMy first time trying this local bustling joint, I had hesitated as it seemed a bit more western and mainstream. However, I was massively incorrect.The grub here is PHOnomenal, super yummy, dope plentiful portions of authentic Vietnamese grub at its finest with reasonable prices for the area. I hauled a portion of Mixed Vegetables and Fried Tofu, perfect I loved it and wolfed it down. The joint is super cool, love the asethetics and a fantastic vibe. There's also a bunch of really nice outdoor benches to park your bit in the sun whilst having a chow down.I'm stoked to return, this was a rad experience of many and an awesome feast.Support local businesses!

The reservation is needed. Such a great spot to have Vietnamese food in Victoria dr. Excellent service , Alice was very friendly and helpful about the service and the menu detail. And we end up with 8 dishes for 2 people. We seem like very dish quite interesting. The steak is very tender and soft and serve with watercress salad so so good. The pho noodle is yummy very concentrated in flavor and clear broth. Octopus with lime sauce is refreshing and go very well with seafood. The prawn fritters is eatable till trail . The bone marrow does not have much substance, maybe we aren’t lucky this time, it’s mostly bone. Spring rolls were fantastic, when you bite into it, you can feel a mouthful of ingredients exploding in your mouth, highly recommend this place !! We will come back again. And the Pandan desserts is amazing good combination with ice cream!!

Booking a reservation involved setting alerts for an opening and it finally happened! On coming in at the time assigned to us, seating was quick. Our server was excellent and helped us put together a meal off the menu (where everything was sounding good). We ordered the garlic fried noodles, bone marrow, stir fried vegetables, and steak. The bone marrow was tasty and fun to eat. The noodles were flavourful with a good bite to them but a tad dry. The vegetables were nice and not your usual mix. Finally, the steak was good but we had pretty high expectations coming in. We ordered the sticky rice cake ice cream and it was marvellous!

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. We got the $50 family style dinner. Everything was cooked extremely well and was fresh. The use of fresh herbs makes a difference here.Steak was cooked to perfection and the three layer dessert was a perfect blend. Would definitely come back.

Be prepared to wait if you either arrive without a reservation (some hours are walk-in only, no reservations allowed)Well worth the wait ~ their 24 hour beef broth is incredible. The breaded prawn fritters were a complete guilty pleasure of crunchiness and flavorHow have I not been here already? Until the next time…(find me on IG @aida.loves )

Service we received was lovely, the dry noodles were good but essentially elevated mi goreng with pork rinds (genius addition). The pho was very standard, which made me feel it was expensive (only because there are so many pho options in Metro Van). I really enjoyed the drinks though. I liked the atmosphere because it’s so nice inside but the plastic stools and metal tables in the patio brings me Asian nostalgia. Overall, it was really exciting to try the Lunch Lady here in Vancouver, it was more expensive than expected!! I assume the price is due in part of the fame/novelty and atmosphere.
