They let you know ahead of time what info they will need to better get the key cut faster for you. Within getting the info, he was out less than hour and got a key cut for my truck. Dealership wanted $45 a key but a 4 key buy minimum. For the cost Star auto charges and comes right to you, I am very happy about the service. Thank you again. And I hope I don't lose my keys again. If I do, then I know who to call.

I had one key fob that no longer worked. Called the Chrysler dealership and they wanted 300 just for a blank fob, plus another 150 to program it!I found an after market fob on Amazon for 30 dollars.Looked up auto locksmith and I found Star Auto. Emailed and called to get more info. It was almost too good to be true. His price was so much less and he comes to you!I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. He was friendly and so knowledgeable. His tools were top of the line and the programming took no time and all in my driveway! He even had this cool high tech machine to cut the internal key in the fob. Talking to him he does so much more. I'll always use his service before ever going back to the dealer. Couldn't be more happy and I have a working key again, at a fraction of the cost. Thank you!
