My experience with Carol was miserable. Unless the call is to receive payment, it takes her days or weeks to get back to you both by email and phone calls. She booked 3 non stop flights (no other arrangements and no special requests). We had to cancel with plenty of notice because of COVID and she refused to give us a refund (though airline policy is a 100% refund) unless she received $500 commission off of us. She is unprofessional. Absolutely horrible service, even before we had to cancel the appointment. Book your own flights for peace of mind and avoid her business at all costs, I wish I checked reviews before booking with her.

I recently used ASAP Travel and Tours for a trip to Europe and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I started planning my trip, the team at ASAP was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my trip was well-organized and enjoyable.The accommodations they arranged were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. ASAP Travel and Tours has been our go to for all our holiday trips and bookings. Carol Bella is highly recommended, she goes above and beyond what you require for a travel agent. She’s always available for any inquires and travel questions you may have.In recent events. My family had gone through some tough times - Still going through it - I had to reach out to her at 2pm In the Philippines which was 2am est in Canada. She was very accommodating and understanding of our situation and she gave us an answer right away. Before the day was over we were able to extend my mom’s stay in the Philippines to be with family members. Which no other agent will do for you. She’s one of a kind - Ms. Carol - thank you for all that you do, the travel industry will be at a lost without you.Best RegardsGarry G.

We purchased two tickets. We had to rebook our return flight quickly due to Covid. We sent them multiple emails and voicemails saying the situation was urgent. It took them 6 business days to get back to us. By then we had already been forced to by other tickets. They said no problem you have a credit to use for a year. When we tried to use redeem the credits 6 months later they had every excuse they could think of why they would not honour the credits. They make up the rules as they go. The only people who call you back quickly are the sales agents to sell you new tickets. If you try to complain to they just pass you from one person to the next. They need to be out of business. Zero stars!

Book for a flight to Philippines agent ask to spell the name using a for alpha b for beta...and yet still got the name wrong on the ticket they can not change the name and now charges $300 for it to get change even when we purchase insurance. You pay for their mistake. Stay away from this company felt like we got scam

Worst experienced ever. I cancelled my flight and ask them about the penalty charges but unfortunately They can’t even pull out my records even I gave them my ticket number and reference number.

Add on fees even when the airline doesn't charge. During a pandemic this is sheer profiteering and will not retaon customers. We were ready and able to go, and they cancelled on us, then demanded a re booking fee. Extremely poor customer focus. Would not recommend or use again.

ASAP Travel and Tours has a third world class service. When my wife booked our tickets a month in advance for a trip to see my father who was very sick in the Philippines, she clearly and specifically mentioned to the company owner Carol David Bella who booked her for window row seat for our family of three. Carol said of course she will assure us of those seats especially that my wife has medical condition but to our amazement when we checked-in, we found out that we do not have any seating reservation, luckily the PAL representative was able to get us the 3 consecutive aisle seats or else we would all be separated and no one will be able to attend to my wife who has difficulty in moving.When we reached Manila we emailed ASAP to correct our seating on our flight back, but there was no response from them, so what I did is to call PAL to confirm our seating reservation and to our surprise we were put on different seats far from each other, that I have to pay $80 to get seats that were together.We will never ever get our air tickets from ASAP Travel and Tours, and one more issue is that the owner Carol David Bella is a pain to deal with she talks unreasonably too fast and rude pretending to be smart but called us back because she did not get our postal code number and cannot mail our tickets, duh?
