Very pleased with the repair work and costs were very reasonable. Courteous and pleasant staff. Work done very quickly along with receiving an update call explaining findings. This was my first visit and will definately use Green Auto for future vehicle repairs. Thank you!

Good and very fast service. However, I was expecting an alternator replacement which is around $500 but when they called me they replaced these other parts of my car that were in need of fixing but never called to confirm to me. As a working student I was shook when the bill turned out to be practically $1000. Other mechanics I've been to in other cities always call before performing necessary repairs and confirm the price but I guess that's not what they do here. Overall, good for quick service however pricing may fluctuate.

Worst experience ever. I got a quote for all four pads and rotors replacement for around $500. Later on, they said you need to replace the cover gasket as well which is around $40 plus the labor fee. After I got my car and the bill, I noticed they only replaced the rear pads and rotors and the cover gasket and charged me $650. When I asked them you said you would replace all pads and rotors, and they replied NO the front ones were good. But they charged me $650 for what!!!Even worse, a day later I noticed the rear rotors they put on my car were rusted! I guess those were used rotors not new!!!I will never go there and do not suggest this auto repair shop to anyone.

Be sure you don't offend Jay by asking if they can keep car interior clean or a quick wipe if accidentally dirtied. He will refuse service and cancel appointment even if you ask it nicely and retract the request.. He is literally quite unforgiving and tell you that he has enough work already and don't want to deal with difficult customers.Well, I had my car serviced by Jay for the past 3 years and he just lost a long time repeat client after seeing how to treated my girlfriend. Maybe it's better for him now to lighten up his workload and has more time to relax.Edit: I change from 1 to 3 stars just to be fair, reflecting good work done on my other car in the past 3 years. It's just that today's experience showed how unfriendly Jay can be towards customers. Maybe he is overwhelmed with too much work. Just don't make unusual requests or your appointment could be cancelled last minute entirely, even if you retract the request afterwards, he will still refuse service because the question you asked may have offended him or made him uncomfortable. Tread lightly if you want to be a good customer.

A 10/10 experience!! The owner is a very kind, honest and hardworking person. I have been coming here for several years now and my (very old) car and I always feel very taken care of. I've been to many mechanics who take advantage of the fact that my car is very old and convince me to get work done that isn't applicable to my car BUT at Green Auto they only do what needs to be done and even tell you what is urgent and what you can hold off on - very catered to each individual. I really appreciate that. The work itself that they do is phenomenal. Could not reccomend this place enough!!!! Thank you so much
