Poor communication ...promised a meeting to discuss next steps for services and received nothing including being STONEWALLED by their UNPROFESSIONAL, phony and INCOMPETENT Employment Specialist" who proceeded to completely IGNORE my email messages and did NOT return my phone calls... Very disappointing and UNPLEASANT experience as this particular staff at first appeared very charming and grandiose
