I LOVE my Talavera napkin holder!!!!!!! It arrived quickly and it’s beautiful. Communication was super easy, with questions answered very fast. Item was well wrapped and even nicer than described. Highly recommend.

I received my second order of Talavera pots today. They are gorgeous. As always Jessica was very helpful. The prices are great and excellent shipping. I highly recommend Artemex.I shopped around for these Talavera pots and Artemex had the best price. They arrived today and are gorgeous. The shipping and packaging was first class. No import fees. I highly recommend Artemex.

Had a fantastic shopping experience with Artemex! They went above and beyond in terms of their quick response to a question I asked online, to delivering my order the very next day. The quality of the talavera drinking glasses are beautiful. A real work of art. The prices were very reasonable. Their website is informative and easy to navigate. Love the video how the artisans make talavera pottery. Overall, a really awesome experience. We can’t wait to see their spring collection!!

I am a local so I was able to pick up my order. Jessica and Saul had it ready as quickly as I wanted it. When I decided to place a second order the next day, same great service. The dish sets were packed very carefully even though they weren’t being shipped. We are very happy with every item we ordered. The dishes are beautiful! Very nice, hard-working couple.

Jessica is so accommodating to let you visit their shop in their home and super friendly. Their products are so beautiful and it’s so great to support the artisans who make the products. I was coming to buy a birthday gift but of course I couldn’t leave without something for myself. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a two piece plant pot set, that I am actually using to hold my kitchen gadgets. I have several pieces of Talavera that I have brought back with me on different trips to Mexico, but I’ve never been able to buy and bring back larger items due to shipping costs and possible breakage. My problem is solved now that I have found Artemex. I placed my order and in less than a week it was at my front door, very carefully wrapped. I look forward to meeting the owners in person and seeing more of their stock next time I am travelling through West Kelowna. Mil gracias por el servicio fantástico!

Purchased an entire set, plus additional 4 smaller plates. Jessica was a joy to work with, highly recommend this seller. Plates were shipped quickly, arrived intact and well packed. They are GORGEOUS!! I will enjoy eating with them for many years. Have been waiting 5+ years to purchase new dishes, these were well worth the wait and will not disappoint.

Artemex pieces are so beautiful. So full of life, so perfectly made. But that is the nature of Talavera, that I had not been able to find here in Canada until I came across Saul and Jessica.Buying the pieces from there was super easy, I had a question and Saul explained me all the details on the phone, gave me a couple of options and when I made my purchase online, it came to my door in 3 days perfectly packed and intact. They are super professional, excellent customer service and it feels that there is almost no distance between British Columbia (where they are) and Calgary (where we are). Thanks so much guys!!!

LOVE the Talavera planters I ordered! They are gorgeous - vibrant colours and beautiful, authentic craftsmanship. The whole customer experience was exemplary - Jessica (co-owner) went beyond with her prompt and thorough communications and providing me with exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was excellent, too - everything was packed super-securely, and it arrived really quickly at a very reasonable cost. If you love Talavera, you can't go wrong with Artemex. I can't wait to get repotting with my new Talavera planters and will definitely be a repeat customer!

As I cannot go to Mexico this year I looked on line for Talavera pottery for a birthday gift and found Artemex. Prices are excellent, shipping was super reasonable especially as it is on the west coat and I am on the east coast. The owner very quickly responded to a question I had and the parcel arrived about 10 days after ordering. The box arrived yesterday and was in perfect condition, the six items inside were packed very well. All in all I still wish I was in Mexico but very happy to have Mexico come to me in this form.
