Canadian Tire

It’s okay, poor stock, don’t have anything compared to other stores, not just city’s, other small towns too. Would be better if they had more stock. As well as if they would have more people on tills, half the time I walk across the parking lot to Walmart as the lines are insane and one poor person on till. So have fun searching and then waiting if you’re lucky enough to find what you’re looking for

I asked an associate where their snow brushes were, she pointed and said over there somewhere. Then got sent 2 two different areas, the third one was right. I was late already. And really late after going from 1 end to the other end of the store... then it costed me 55 dollars for a brush....

They have party area was chking out and they have alot out so.side tracked...but have get cleaning n decluttering now...

Editing this review. I thought they were phasing out the guns and ammo like walmart. Granted their selection of those idems has declined sharply; used to be far better. Would like to see this improve so I can support local instead of giving money to big green

Dear business owner and associates...Having had some odd experiences with this business in particular to overall shopping experience which, note, may be very biased in an overall business as rated on shopping vs service consumer buying experiences ........................

I went to return an unopened item in still new condition but I bought it 6 months ago. Jen, the store manager said that they renewed the $30 item in the store already and said tha the store was now paying interest on the new $30 item so it was impossible for me to return it. So I cancelled my appointment to have 4 new tires put on my truck at that store and went to Edmonton and returned it for an in store credit and bought my tires there.

Great staff, well organized store. Love the app and locator.

This store is decent but many items I need are not restocked. Poor inventory control. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Don't even bother going here. Employees are pretty dumb. Store has very little stock. The one at the customer service desk seems like a real piece of work.

Stopped in to buy an air filter for my car. Went to the computer by the filters to find which one I need. Computer does NOT give me the FRAM part number, only the Canadian Tire part number. So I go to where the fllters are, on the top 2 shelves. The only number visible is the FRAM part number, and filters appear to be in random order. So now I have to go to the parts counter. There is no one there. Finally someone shows up and I tell them what I want. First they look it up on their computer, then on their phone to find the FRAM part number. Then he went to the filters with me and checked every filter until he found the right one. It was on the top shelf, so he was gone again for 5 minutes to find a ladder.After getting my filter, I look at the box to see if I can find the Canadian Tire part number. It isn't visible anywhere. So I spent 1/2hr at Canadian Tire for something that should be self serve and take 5 minutes! Next time I will avoid the aggravation and shop somewhere else.
