The hairdresser was amzing, she didnt force anything and followed my instructions on what haircut I was looking for. She cut my hair exactly the way I requested. The staff were really humble. The place was clean and parking is available. They gave me an appointment really quick and service was delivered efficiently. I highly recommend this place.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mary A @ concept elite Pointe claire. I’ve been seeing her 20+ years and she’s just amazing!! Very attentive to details, listens to what you want, offers advice as needed and she’s just an overall sweet person. Never pressured or rushed when sitting in her hair. Want great service- see Mary!!

Great place for eyebrow threading. Fast service (in and out in 10 minutes) and fairly priced. Ladies, send your home hubby here if he has bushy eyebrows! $14 including tip!

I showed them a picture of the hair color that I wanted. By the time my hair really dried and I got to see it in the sun I realized it's not even close to what I wanted. I told them I wanted dye and not a toner. So what do you think I got? A dye on some of my hair and a toner on the rest. Within 3 days my hair is going to be the exact same color as when I walked through the door. I paid $225 for a dye a toner and a haircut. We pay way too much money to get this poor quality of service not to mention the salon is filthy. So I'm on my way to go buy a Box dye that I could have just done myself at home for $20. Ridiculous.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I'm here all the time for my eyebrows and upperlip threading. The service is amazing and I truly recommend Dazy she works wonders. I've known her for years and she never disapoints. Even if I'm in a rush, one call is all I need to go see her. Honestly I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face other then her. Thank you for an amazing experience every time I go.❤️

Got my hair trimmed, love it. She styled it nicely, framed my face, added some layers but still kept my hair long like I asked. Fair price too and was quick and efficient. I recommend!
